Lotz International Reviews (%countItem)

I purchased a load of items and they were not what was in the pictures. It was not what I wanted and I want a refund.
I found Quicklotz on the internet as the TOP RATED 1st PALLET LIQUIDATION PLACE TO BUY. Through a month of coordination with Angela (employee) I sent in 12k to buy a Monster Pallet load of 24 Pallets. Then I was told to ask for a refund of the 12k and wait till they had more product. You have to pay ahead to apparently get in line. Angela then told me to pay for a 12 pallet monster load (to keep my place in line) till she talked to the owner *** of Quicklotz. I had never been to the facility and I wanted to SEE what I was buying first! Not just order and trust the word of someone in the Liquidation Pallet Industry. Long story short I drive 20 hrs round trip from Miami Florida /rent a Penske when I get to Shelby NC. I arrive and it's not the items I want to sell. The pallets are way over priced and it's junk. They are holding $9,600k of my money and telling me to get a lawyer to get it back. Very bad business practices. I haven't even bought anything. I haven't even taken possession of anything. Watch out for *** who owns Quicklotz. He is really aggressive and not honest. Now I have tours my lawyer to sue him to get my money back for no product. WATCH OUT ïïïïïïï...

Desired Outcome

REFUND

Customer informed us he wanted to close this case as everything has been resolved. Thanks.

Customer Response • Aug 19, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

This company blatantly sent us goods knowing they would not meet customer standards. Nothing but unbranded merchandise that can only be sold for $5-10
We just spent $5000 after trying them out on a smaller box of electronics that were US branded and quality products so it appeared they were reputable. The box came in unsecured with no top, items just thrown into the box. Some boxes empty, some items not related to electronics, and just about every item if not all were unbranded or unknown in the US. They respond to these complaints as if the customer knew exactly what they were getting and hiding behind their terms and conditions, but the truth is they know exactly what they are doing and taking advantage of people. Something needs to be done. As new customers we received a box for $450 for mystery electronics that were satifactory, only to win your trust and then take your money. There is no way possible they could say they did not know they were ripping us off. This should be illegal. I understand there is risk and they are a liquidation company but this was a blatant attempt to steal from a duped customer, not just normal everyday operations. They claim all items are on avg $20 retail and higher and total pallet is usually $15000 retail. Some items you cant even find online because it is all unbranded or unk merchandise. There is no way I will even come close to getting my money back and they just dont care. If you saw the items they sent us and how they sent them, you would see this was not just a typical electronics pallet. I expect them to respond the same as they have to everyone else, and I wouldnt even go this far over a small amount of money, but this is $5000. The box was so high you cant place items in there, you can tell they just threw them in. The box wasnt even sealed, it was wide open for people to steal.I have pictures of everything. I did not expect nothing but products from china that I have never heard of or seen before in my life. Even if I could make my money back I wouldve left it alone, but they knew they were sending inferior products and its a shame if they can get away with this. They must forget that they are dealing with real people that have families if they are able to sleep at night and do this to people. Fake advertising at its best. They said on the website you will want to buy another one after you receive it, if thats not deception I dont know what is.

Desired Outcome

Do the right thing by the customer and make it right instead of hiding behind their so called agreement they send everyone which they feel allows them to do what they just did to me.

Lotz International Response • Jul 29, 2020

Hello, customer contacted us about the assortment of good received. They received thousands of items and when we asked for photos we received photos of 6 damaged items. So we proceeded to tell them we needed a better representation of what they received so we could evaluate if the pallet of goods received was a mistake so we could have proof to file a claim with our warehouse.
We never received any more photos and customer filed chargeback and opened this dispute.
We are more than willing and we have been very reponsive to them so we can figure out what happened. Just need customer cooperation.
Thanks.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This response is totally untrue. I would think addressing complaints through the Revdex.com would be taken seriously and not be misleading with the responses.I will tell you the truth about our interaction. We could not reach them by phone for some reason the day the order arrived on Tuesday, 7/28.We spoke someone the next morning and we have her name but not sure if Revdex.com policy allows names, but she was very nice, apologized and explained that it showed our order had been cancelled, and tried multiple times to look it up. We explained that we must have gotten the wrong order, and explained that we received nothing but a bunch of unbranded or unk Chinese branded merchandise. She replied that if that is what we received then it definitely was not an "electronics" pallet and she was going to get with the shipping manager to find out what happened and would definitely be in touch by the end of the day.We sent photos and email description of the issue as directed. Then end of the day came so we called back and spoke to another lady who was very rude, would not let us speak to the other person who helped us, said we were misinformed and the order was not cancelled, and what we got was in fact an electronics pallet. she said she was going to forward to management who would respond via email within 1-2 days.we did not get any kind of communication from the company as described above, I would challenge you to send proof of that. we did send multiple photos, one showing the piles of the products they sent as you can't even neatly organize them. they came in the pallet like they were just thrown away.the photo of the 6 items might be of just a few that were obviously not electronics, like dried up fake flowers, old bags of expired beef jerky, baby bottles, some bag of powder that was broken and all over the merchandise when received. businesses should not be able to try and portray things in a way that makes it appear they are doing everything they can when it is the total opposite. they said they sent thousands of items, but why would you send me thousands of items averaging $20 or higher in retail when the ad states 500+? Thousands meaning at least 2,would mean over $40000 worth of retail items? Just by this statement alone, you are admitting that you did not send me what was described in the advertisement, but tried to send thousands of inferior products instead in hopes that maybe I would accept, or that it would make up for sending unbranded merchandise? First of all, it was not thousands, and if it was initially supposed to be, many items were stolen from the pallet before it reached me. Who sends merchandise to someone in an open box, not sealed? It sat in the warehouse for 2 weeks before it was supposedly shipped to Orlando. They told us our pallet was not there on Monday,it was still in Atlanta. Then we were called back and told it was there. Lets not forget that we were also told yesterday that the order was cancelled and pending refund. When the box arrived,it was over 6ft tall, and barely half full. Was the pallet supposed to be full? We did not receive thousands of items. We did not order thousands of items. We wanted what was described as an electronics pallet, just like in the electronics box we previously ordered, just like you can find online. there are multiple videos of people unboxing your electronics boxes, which includes known brands that you can go into a store and buy in the US.That is also what we received in our first electronic box.We got a laptop, cell phone, robotic vacuum, along with many other known products, which is why we then purchased the electronics in the pallet size.we paid $450 for the electronics box,and $5000 for the electronics pallet. We did not receive 1 laptop, not 1 cell phone, not 1 product that you can go to a store in the US and buy. These items are not sold in the US and some of them unsafe. Warming gloves that have a battery pack inside that could catch on fire or burn someone? A plastic mask that you put on your face that plugs into the wall? These products could hurt or kill someone. They are untested products that obviously can't be sold in the US unless you do it online. We tried to be calm and let you take care of this problem when we called on Wednesday, and actually thought this would turn out to be a good experience. The lady was very helpful, acknowledged that there was a mistake, she seemed to know pretty well what goes into the electronics pallet, and said that what we got was definitely not an electronics pallet. So to summarize, We ordered the electronics pallet that was to have 500+ items retailing approx. $20 each, not thousands of items that are unbranded, unsafe, and not trusted by consumers. This was a blatant attempt to take advantage of your customer, and send them products that you knew were not consistent with what was ordered. If you really believed you were fulfilling the order properly, you would have never sent what you say is thousands of items.I haven't counted them all,I don't want to. Maybe there is a thousand, and maybe someone stole the other thousand on the way down since you did not seal your box, either way, as I said, this is not what we ordered, and expect a refund. I will gladly ship these items back to you at my expense if I have to, just to get them out of here, and have my funds back so I can purchase real products.

Lotz International Response • Jul 30, 2020

After receiving enough evidence of what was received, our warehouse found that there was a problem with this order before the customer received it. We have already contacted the customer and offered them one of two options:
- Return the pallet for a full refund
OR
- We will issue a partial refund for the items the customer did receive. We would like to know what a fair amount is to keep the goods.
We are now waiting to hear from them.
Thanks.

Liquidation ordered palette was not displayed correctly on their website - thus resulting in the products I received to not be accurate.
I ordered a liquidation lot of "designer apparel" with each item retailing of AT LEAST $25 and up to $200 or possibly even more. It was also not specified that the items could be potentially damaged. It is also mentioned on the ad for their website that it will be Men and Womens clothing.

The lot that I received was half way filled with baby and childrens clothes, almost all of the adult clothes were damaged.

Desired Outcome

i would either A. Like a complete refund or B. an accurate lot of "designer apparel" sent to me.

Lotz International Response • May 18, 2020

Customer received exactly what we advertised. They bought a liquidation merchandise lot and had to sign agreements and disclaimers detailing everything regarding the condition of the goods prior to the purchase. Customer either signed the agreement without reading or had buyers remorse. The problem is that we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges and that is why we sell everything so much cheaper upfront with all disclaimers in place.

Customer Response • May 18, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This is a description from their website of what I purchased. It says every item is at least $25, I received several items that are less than that RETAIL value. It also does NOT say that items will be damaged, not only did I receive damaged items, but I received A LOT of them. This also says womens and mens, I received almost half childrens clothing. It does NOT SAY childrens clothes will be included anywhere on this advertisement.

Lotz International Response • May 19, 2020

Customer purchase a liquidation lit and everything was clearly disclaimed and agreed to prior to the sale.
Below is a link to the agreement signed by the customer:

False and misleading products
This company has no shame. They mislead people saying how you can make money on these items when in fact they are missing parts or broken. These are not "shelf pulls" or "overstock", these are items that were returned to the store because they were broken. Out of a $300 mystery box I was able to get some childrens play doh products and 6 pairs of socks. They refunded me $97 because 13 of the products I saw were broken before I tried to sell them (it was very obvious). I sold two items that appeared to be in sealed unused boxes and I had to give the buyers a full refund ($110). I explained to the company that I am a cancer patient who can't go to work because I am immune compromised and I thought that this would be a good idea to make some money. I evidently did not understand that liquidation to them means broken trashed items. I would advise anyone looking at buying from this company to run and find a company with a good reputation. I don't know how much they paid the people who have done the You Tube videos but it is disgraceful that they can continue to rip off people on a daily basis.

Desired Outcome

I would like an additional refund.

Lotz International Response • Apr 03, 2020

Customer complained about a few items being defective and we issued a refund. They then said everything was bad and could not substantiate their claim with proof. We explained they should have expected some issues with some items as this is liquidation and not all brand new items. If they needed to buy all new items they needed to look to source their merchandise from a wholesaler and not a liquidation company. Apparently the customer simply listed items for sale online without inspecting everything first and they had issues with their customers. Again, we issued a big refund to compensate for anything which goes beyond the agreement the customer signed, but we did it as a gesture of good faith. We are a very reasonable company and were willing to work things out with this customer but they were demanding to have all their purchase refunded without proof.

Broken items and missing parts and poor customer service
We are a liquidation company, we were told after our second box was received, when we called to let them know their items were broken/missing parts etc. They gave us a first timer's fifty-dollar voucher. Yep we fell for it and purchased yet another box thinking that it would get better. Nope more broken items and missing parts, only to be told that we would be put on their block list if we continued to complain about their MSRP pricing and condition of said items.

We then decided to try their auctions thinking maybe it would be better... Nope again we received items that were not properly described and broken. Offered another fifty-dollar voucher we cut our losses and bought the minimal amount item we could.

Since the ending of our relationship with this company we have received many complaints about the items we sold to others, believing them to be in working condition. I am very dissatisfied and advise anyone who does business with this company to be aware of what you are buying, return items and uninspected (I am sure they knew the conditions) junk.

Desired Outcome

Our total amount spent was twelve hundred and fifty dollars on boxes from Quick Lotz before a fifty-dollar voucher. Auction amounts were thirteen hundred dollars before the fifty-dollar voucher. Total losses so far have been six hundred dollars in returns to us. These items were sold in good faith that they worked. We do not want anymore vouchers as we no longer want to do business with this company, nor do we trust that we will receive the items as described due to having to file this report.

Lotz International Response • Mar 04, 2020

WE have explained to this customer multiple times, offered numerous resolutions to the matter, but they don't seem to understand LIQUIDATION. Everything is sold "as-is" with no guarantees. That is why we sell them so below wholesale cost. Unfortunately they still think they can buy from us and turn around and sell on*** without testing the items.
We have exhausted our ability to accommodate the customers requests and we asked the customer to please don't do any business with us again as they don't understand the game.

Customer Response • Mar 05, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I did not know we were playing a game... I was made to believe on several occasions I was getting "quality" items only to receive junk. One of the auction items, a tool bags was stacked as to not see the damaged one on the bottom, never once during the auction or the preview was it mentioned that the black one was used, dirty and damaged. Open pill bottles, missing items that they claimed were MSRP... Really? Yes the business did offer us two $50.00 vouchers to buy more of their items and I feel the times we did, that they were in worse condition than ever. Very saddened that we did any business with this company! And as far as testing the items, when an item is sealed I would assumed they were new...I have learned a very expensive lesson and will do my best to warn any other consumer not to do business with this company or their auction site.

False advertising, Do not buy at quick lots. They didn't send you what says in the listing, we received recycled merchandise, and old books.
We purchased a bin merchandise truckload for $7,500 plus $1,900 shipping almost $10,000 usd. We got all very cheap merchandise.not even one small home appliances as it says on quicklotz page. Save your money and buy elsewhere.Do not buy from them. You will loose a lot of money as we did. Buyers beware. And customer service was non existent.

Desired Outcome

Partial refund of money.

Lotz International Response • Feb 18, 2020

Customer received exactly what was advertised. You can look at the product page of the BIN merchandise truckload. High count loads with low value items as most everything is small. Cost per item is less than $1. We have people lining up to buy these loads daily. When customer complained we asked for photos of what customer received and how it differed from what was advertised, they couldn't generate the proof. Unfortunately customer was hoping the merchandise would be something that was never meant to be.

Quicklotz is selling counterfeit and fake merchandise
I purchased some mystery boxes from quicklotz.com. One item I found multiple times were otter box phone cases. I sold one of these phone cases via *** and was quickly contacted by a representative for otter box that these are counterfeit cases. I contacted quicklotz to help resolve the issue and they provided an email back that they just sell items and have no responsibility if they are counterfeit. This is outrageous business practices and just perpetuating counterfeit items on the open market.

Desired Outcome

Since I am being requested by otter box to pay $500 in compensation for the case being counterfeit I request that quicklotz pays that $500 in damages since they are distributing counterfeit products.

Lotz International Response • Feb 21, 2020

Just saw this message for the first time. So sorry for the oversight.

We have a written sales agreement and terms and conditions signed by this customer that we give no guarantee of anything we sell as we are simply a liquidation company liquidating merchandise that comes to us from major retailers. Customer basically signed a waiver that they chose to buy at their own risk.

Therefore we can't help them in any way shape or form when it comes to a situation like this.

If you need a copy of the agreement signed by them, we will be glad to provide.

I tried to reply using the link above but it didn't give me a way to do it.

Please let me know if you need any further information.

Thanks!

The products received in the box were misleading and did not match the overall sea eruption of the box.
The box that I received did not match the overall description from the website. The box was listed as a retail value of $1200 or more. But the retail value of the box is no more than $800. The box also included over 10 items that are worth less than $10 retail. There were very few name brand items and most were Chinese knockoff of products.

Desired Outcome

I would like some sort of refund or monetary reimbursement for poor description of the box.

Lotz International Response • Jan 28, 2020

We requested a list of the items the customer received with their respective MSRPs and we never received that. Without proof we cant do anything.

Was sent completely different items then pictured or promised.
Made purchase of a power plug pallet on 12-6-19. Order *** for $425 + $250 freight. Pallet arrived 12-19-19. Paid via Visa credit card $675 on 12-6-19. Pallets pictured on web site contain small appliances (Mini Frig-Wine Coolers-Insta Pots etc) I received mainly baby items and small electronics. 75% of the items are either broken or missing pieces and are unsaleable. Part of the freight was $75 for lift gate service which the truck didn't have one. I had to hand unload it. They are very deceptive in their business practices. It feels like a bait and switch.

Desired Outcome

I would like the total of $675 refunded to my credit card.

Lotz International Response • Dec 23, 2019

Customer received exactly what we described on our website. Please verify on the page of our website where customer bought product from. If he read the description he received exactly what he is complaining about... So it doesn't make any sense. As far as the condition of the items the customer bought customer returns. Anyone buying liquidation and specially returns should know they would not receive everything new. Even if they didn't know that, we have a very detailed explanation of our terms and conditions clearly detailing all this and we make each and every customer sign and accept the terms before their purchase. We have this customer's signature on file that he read and accepted the terms of this sale. Customer's demands are totally unreasonable and we have already tried to work things out with them but he refuses to work anything out, he simply wants a refund. We sell multiple pallets daily of the type of product this customer bought and most everyone like the mix and actually makes good money reselling.

Customer Response • Dec 26, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The web site stated power plug pallet. 90% of items don't even plug in. Web site has pallets considered power plug pictured with small appliances. I received nothing even similar to what was pictured. I even asked the lady on phone for a manifest of the pallet or pictures before shipment. She refused to do either. It says store returns and I didn't expect brand new items as they are saying. But it didn't mention 75% of the items would be broken or missing pieces. Who would buy a pallet of broken items? Makes no sense. They force you into signing the generic waiver before you can check out. The waiver is their way of pawning garbage on customers. They say they have happy customers lol Please read the google reviews. They have taken advantage of many people. Regardless of their policy they didn't even ship items I ordered. They also say they tried to work this out? When? No one would even talk to me or call me back. I would like a full refund. They can send a pick up for the items they sent. I will gladly put them back on a pallet for return.

Lotz International Response • Dec 26, 2019

Unfortunately the customer is totally unfair in his demands. He received exactly what we described online. We explained that the photos are a sample example of what he could receive. But everything he received is exactly what we described. As far as the condition, we just don't know the condition, it is customer returns and nothing is guaranteed. Customer needs to read terms and conditions he signed and agreed to.
He claims we have some bad reviews but forgets of the thousands of good reviews. These bad reviews were given by customers similar to this one that don't understand the liquidation business.
Regardless, we would like to offer a $150 voucher as a gesture of good faith just to finalize this complaint.

Customer Response • Dec 27, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They are offering a voucher to purchase more from them. If I'm not happy with what I've already got from them, why would I want to continue shopping with them? They keep responding I got exactly what I purchased, Then what exactly did you ship me? Please provide a detailed list or manifest since you say I got what I purchased. I got nothing even similar to what was pictured as an "example pallet". I don't have a single item that can be resold. I have offered to return the stuff for a full refund. They can send a pick up via UPS or FedEx. I'd like my full $675 refunded.

I ordered two box the first box came in timely and was very happy.seconds box I ordered at the same time first box , 2 week late and everything broke
Second box order everything broken nothing works

Desired Outcome

I would like a new box and send this box back or refund and send box back

Lotz International Response • Dec 18, 2019

Saw all the messages and we would like to be able to help you if there was a mistake on our end. At this point we couldn't determine any issues different from what we clearly explained in our product description as well as in the terms and conditions customer signed and accepted before they placed their order.
If customer can send us photos and a detailed list of the difference between what they got and what we described we will be glad to evaluate. But just with them claiming all items are bad is not enough to file the claim as we have literally hundreds of customers weekly that are happy with their boxes.
Customer keeps threatening to file a claim with Revdex.com to make their case. Unfortunately with any proof we can't help - we are a liquidation company and the customer read and accepted our terms and conditions. We have their signature.

Did not get all the merchandise
I paid 250 for the pallet and 250 for shipping

Desired Outcome

I would really like the rest of my items there was 87 items in this pallet and half of them did not work

Lotz International Response • Sep 23, 2019

This customer has been totally unreasonably to resolve this issue. As you know, there are no guarantees of any quantity, condition, or value in any liquidation deal. We have an electronics signature of this customers accepting our terms of sale stating all that. Regardless of all that, we offer a 40% refund to this customer and they refuse to take it demanding that we ship them a whole new order without them returning the old order. Anyway, we refuse to accept his demands and they thought they would tell the world how bad we are for not giving him FREE merchandise.

Customer Response • Sep 25, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
That is not true I have not been unreasonable. I had all my corsponce through email they offered me 50.00 off my next purchase I am attaching the emails I have not been unreasonable at all I just don't think that it's fair that you are you say 150 150 to 250 items and there was not that in there at all and half the things with broken which I get that that's a chance that I take but I do think that I should have all the items nobody asked them to ship me items

Lotz International Response • Sep 25, 2019

Customer is welcome to return the entire pallet at his own expense and we will issue the refund for the price of the pallet.
This is a favor we will do to first time customers even though we don't offer returns, refunds, or exchanges and customer signed terms and conditions accepting that before purchase.

Customer Response • Sep 26, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
All I wanted was the rest of my items are to be compensated for what I was missing. I don't want $50 off of a new order I will never order from them again I'm not trying to be unreasonable I just want what I was promised I'm not going to return the pallet at my cost so I can get $250 back then I've lost even more money but if they could compensate from what I've been missing that would be great. Simple solution they've offered me $50 if I order something why not just give me the $75 and Let It Go.

Took our money sent wrong items now ducking
quicklotz ran a special. $299 electronic mystery box 20-25 pc all with either a cord or battery pack. First box we got got was legit. We ordered two more under the same link on the last day they were running the special. Two days after we place our two box order totaling $600 they run another special.$299 for an electronics mystery box containing 40-60 items. The boxes are of equal resale value to the smaller quantity items. Making the higher volume boxes cheaper items. Well they sent us the higher volume cheaper item boxes which we didn't order. So we called and let them know only to be told to email our issue. We email and send pictures of the boxes. We get a very rude and insulting email in return. So we call again. This time we speak to another gentleman that was very cordial but also seemed to drop the ball. It's been a month with no response. Call again and get told that they can't help us. Ask to speak to a manager and was told that he's out all week. Asked for his name and was told I'm harassing them then was hung up on.

Desired Outcome

Just want what I ordered.

Lotz International Response • Aug 16, 2019

Customer received way more merchandise than what he ordered. We explained that to him multiple times and he won't understand. Plus the value of his box is higher than what he ordered. Again, he won't take that. He is making excuses because he wants to return the box for a refund after he went through all items. We have his sales agreement signed by him where he acknowledged that all sales are final and this is liquidation so there is not guarantees on anything. Despite all that, we still tried to work it out but customer is harassing because he thinks his box should have been like the one before. Unfortunately we can't help him any further.
We asked that he ships his box back since he is continually harassing and we will refund him and block his account from purchasing again. We just can't sell way below wholesale value to someone that has demands like this.

Website shows extremely inaccurate pictures of actual product.
I purchased an Electronics Mystery Box for $395. The boxes are supposed to contain items that are for resale. Their website says that the items in each box will have a retail value of $1500 and the example pictures show boxes full of electronics. The box I received is over 50% non electronic items and overall has a very low retail value. Their website and description of the box is extremely misleading. I contacted them asking for at least a partial refund and they stated that the box was exactly as described.

Desired Outcome

Refund of $200

Lotz International Response • May 07, 2019

Unfortunately customer is making false statements about the transaction demanding a refund. Below is the description of the item he purchased copied directly from our website at ***:

- 50-60 items in the box
- Average retail value per item is around $15 or more!!!
- Unmanifested Merchandise
- Retail value per box is typically $1,500 or more!
- Your cost averages $6.58 per item delivered to you!
- Mix of shelf pulls, warehouse damage, and returned merchandise
- Categories of items include electronics, from cameras to shavers, accessories, gadgets, kitchenware, toys, and many other types of stuff!
- Incredible merchandise for online sellers, flea marketers, small retailers
- Please see the photos sampling the variety of the merchandise.
- Pictures here are for illustration purposes showing items found in these boxes. There is no guarantee you will get any specific items in your boxes, but you will get a lot of interesting items, for sure...
- Once you buy one, you will want to buy them over and over...

Customer has also signed an agreement that states that we are a liquidation company and everything is sold "as-is" with no guarantee of condition, variety, category, etc. We try to explain the best we can but ultimately all the merchandise is sold at extreme discounts since it is liquidation.

Even with all that, we have tried to resolve the customer's issue multiple times requesting a list of the items he received that did not fit the description we gave so we can issue a credit/refund accordingly. Customer continues to refuse to do that simply demanding a refund. Customer behavior is not fair and not honest.

We paid for a baby items truckload 8 weeks ago, and to this day we have not received the merchandise.
We agreed with Samuel to buy a container of baby items, he initially told me that it would take 3-4 weeks to be ready to export, however, after sending the money to him on June 27 he told me it would take between 5 to 6 weeks As of today, 8 weeks have passed *** he has not yet delivered the merchandise.

Desired Outcome

We need Samuel to send us the merchandise as soon as possible.

Lotz International Response • Sep 03, 2018

Hello,
Our Baby Merchandise containers are in extremely high demand. When this customer approached our company showing interest in buying a load we noticed him of a backorder time of "at least" 3-4 weeks then. Customer didn't place the order for several days and then came back and decided to place the order. Again we notified him we don't consider the order placed until payment is received in order of us to put his order on the queue. Customer said he understood the wait times and requested the invoice - again, we made clear the payment confirmation was what was going to determine when his order would be put on the queue to be processed.
Many times we have issues with customer that place orders and never pay, or customers overseas that pay and their payment take a week to be received here, and in other instances payments get bounced back to them and sometimes it takes weeks to receive payment. So we make all the clear before hand because we cannot hold an order in the queue of processing until payment is completely confirmed on our end.
So, this particular customer sent payment and it took several days for the payment to clear on our end. Once it cleared, we had received other orders from other customers and they had to be put in front of this customer's order because of the order the payments were received. At that time, he reached out to us and we noticed him again the order would take again "at least" 5-6 weeks. The entire time from the beginning we have explained that the time frame is a rough estimate and we can't guarantee anything because we are at the mercy of our suppliers too - all that was clearly communicated.
Last week on Monday (08/27/18), we notified the customer his order was ready for pick up. At that point he said he would notify his freight forwarder to get in touch with our shipping department so they could book the pick up at our warehouse. We have multiple companies reaching out to our shipping department daily and the only way to book shipments is by the order number. This freight forwarder didn't have an order number so they were told to get us the order number so the booking could be scheduled. They didn't send an order number until late Thursday (08/30/18). Being a holiday weekend, our shipping department was closed and the freight forwarder and the customer were notified that our shipping department was going to do the booking their pick up early this week.
On Friday this customer filed this complaint with the Revdex.com. So we are completely puzzled about his behavior now. We have done everything as promised and he is trying to play games to put pressure for us to ship the goods. We don't operate like that. We have made everything clear from day 1 and the customer has agreed to everything. Apparently there may be other things influencing this customer to act this way now.
Our promise of delivering the order is still the same. We will be glad to book the pick up of the order tomorrow when the shipping department is open for business again. We just need this claim resolved and the customer to understand it was not our fault that the order wasn't schedule to be picked up yet - the issue was between him and his freight forwarder that he hired to pick up the order.
Thanks!

I took a loss on an item that I believed was legitimate.
I received an *** mystery box off of your website from "Pires Enterprises, Inc." After selling a Windows 10 installation/activation disc, I received a message from the buyer alerting me that "the software says that it can't because it is licensed to another computer already." This is BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE to received items such as this. Now I have to refund the buyer $92.71. I want compensation for the money I lost BELIEVING that all the items in the box were legitimate. When they in-fact weren't. Again, this is BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

I have reached out to customer service trying to resolve this issue to no avail.

Desired Outcome

I want just compensation for my loss.

Hello,
We have already discussed this issue with the customer and told them what we could offer them. The customer paid $2.25 per item on the box he received. When he told us about the issue he had with the one item, we promptly apologized and told them we shipped him the products exactly the way we received from ***. We are a liquidation company and we sell items as-is. We advertised the items in the Mystery boxes are mostly new because there is no way to verify all the items specially if they are software of other types of items that require further inspection to determine condition. But visually most items are in new condition and that is what this customer received.
Having said all that, we offered the customer a refund for that specific item since he was not happy with it. So, the customer paid $2.25 for it and we would be more than happy to refund that.
This was our offer to him and we never received a response until we received this complaint now. We will be happy to resolve this in a fair way if the customer can respond to us.
Thanks.

Every item in the advertisement for the "***" is a name brand, yet what I received was a bunch of Chinese non branded items
Every item in the advertisement for the "***" is a name brand, yet what I received was a bunch of Chinese non branded items- nothing, with the exception of 4 items with the dollar value as advertised. (2 items were worth $20, 2 others were worth approx. $5) These items are not "retail ready" and the sales practices by this business are very misleading. I contacted them by phone to find out when shipping was going to take place, did not receive a call back, finally after choosing several other options I finally was able to speak to someone. I sent an email thru the site, I left a comment on a photo advertising this same "mystery box" and it was deleted. I messaged thru ***, it was read, and no response received- I tried again and it appears I am blocked. I've tried calling numerous times today, and continue to receive a voicemail- this is unacceptable.

Desired Outcome

Full refund of $225.00

Hello,
We are very sorry to hear that you are having trouble with what you received. We have literally thousands of customers that are happy with what we are selling and we will not allow you to be unhappy about it - you can rest assured.
As far as your comments about phone calls, interestingly we do not have record of missed calls or any voicemails from you. We are very busy and our phone lines are very busy daily but we also get back to emails or voicemails received.
As far as the *** message we have answered all messages received on *** too.
But let us go to the point. I am copying our advertising and product description straight from our website below on the Mystery Boxes:

- Unmanifested Merchandise
- 100 items in the box
- Retail value per item averages $4.99 to $29.99 or more!
- Your cost is $2.25 per item delivered to you!
- In some cases, you may find 1 item that will pay for the whole box
- Mostly shelf pulls/warehouse damage merchandise
- Mostly all retail-ready items
- Items consist of Housewares, Gadgets, Home Decor, Electronics, Watches, Accessories, HBA, Jewelry, Vitamins, etc... you can find just about anything in these boxes. UNBELIEVABLE... (anything that is small to fit in these boxes along with other 99 items...)
- Pictures here are for illustration purposes showing items found in these boxes. There is no guarantee you will get any specific items in your boxes, but you will get a lot of interesting items, for sure...
- Once you buy one, you will want to buy them over and over...

So anyway, we did not make any promises about you getting all branded goods. We did mention that most items would be in brand new condition as these are shelf pulls directly from Amazon warehouses.
Like mentioned earlier, we have customers buying these boxes by the truckload because they are so happy with the quality of the merchandise. We understand if you had a different expectation of them and even though we are a liquidation company and normally don't take returns, we will make an exception to you if you would like to return your box for a full refund.

Thanks and I hope we reached a solution here.
