Lou Bevier Frame Alignment

Mr [redacted] came into the garage the other day and told me I didn't replace the parts I said I did and I didn't align the carI said if it's on the bill then its on your carperiodOn this type of car you can plainly see the tie rods if you just simply kneel down and lookThen he proceeded to call me a liar and started raising his voiceWhen I asked him to see the receipt he said he didn't bring itI asked him when the work was done and he said NovemberI have never had such a bizarre experience with a customer in my entire plus year careerI do remember working on the car but by my best recollection it was about a year and a half ago or maybe even longerAnd I delivered the car to his homeIt just makes absolutely no sense whatsoeverI do every job myself and I NEVER get complaints because I test drive each car before and after the job and I specialize in only wheel alignments and front end/suspension work so i'm never in over my head and most jobs I do I have done many times beforeI can only speculate that Mr [redacted] 's motive for doing what he did is perhaps money problems or somethingIt just makes absolutely no sense
