type of car you can plainly see the tie rods if you just simply kneel down and look. Then he proceeded to call me a liar and started raising his voice. When I asked him to see the receipt he said he didn't bring it. I asked him when the work was done and he said November. I have never had such a bizarre experience with a customer in my entire 20 plus year career. I do remember working on the car but by my best recollection it was about a year and a half ago or maybe even longer. And I delivered the car to his home. It just makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I do every job myself and I NEVER get complaints because I test drive each car before and after the job and I specialize in only wheel alignments and front end/suspension work so i'm never in over my head and most jobs I do I have done many times before. I can only speculate that Mr [redacted]'s motive for doing what he did is perhaps money problems or something. It just makes absolutely no sense.

Review: I have been to this shop several times for alignment work and was always satisfied until the last visit when I sent my son with my car for alignment. He called and said there was a bad ball joint that I OK-ed for replacement and then he called and said there were 2 more bad that he found when replacing the first. So what could I do, I gave approval and then he called and said there was a bad tie rod that I also said go ahead and fix. The car did not seem to operate any better and I took it for inspection at a different shop. I went under the car w the mechanic to look at the alignment work and he showed me that I still had a bad tie rod (and there was no indication that either had been worked on). He also showed me how one of the new ball joints installed by the alignment shop had a hole in the bottom where a grease fitting belonged so the alignment shop failed to grease the ball joints, did sloppy work on the ball joints and totally screwed me on the tie rod that they failed to replace (that I paid for). This shop once was repudiable, but when the father is not there you are better off going to any other hack mechanic.Desired Settlement: I want my $300 back since the tie-rod was not replaced that I paid for and obviously the alignment was not performed. Not greasing the ball joints or even putting in the grease fitting is sloppy work and is not acceptable anywhere. I have the recipt, but it is not handy at this moment.
