I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Yes, the pictures were received, however, they are cut terribly crooked and look like a 10 year old cut them, not a professional studio.  The background in the photos is a beautiful American flag, however it is CUT OFF half way up, instead of the photographer backing up, they apparently thought it was okay to cut off our nations flag in these photos.  I also still have not received a "deluxe frame" that was supposed to be included in the package and due ordering them in SEPTEMBER and not receiving them until mid DECEMBER, Christmas gifts were ruined for family members.My original request of a $17 refund still stands, as had I seen the photos prior to purchasing them, I would have never purchased them and found another studio to do the photos.  When I explained about being unhappy with the photos, I was completely brushed off and was told to take a pair of scissors to the edges to see if I could do a better job than they did.  Extremely unhappy. Regards,[redacted]

I have mailed a second deluxe folder/fram and a refund check to the client, I mailed the pack·age on 01/21/14 and it was delivered and signed for on 01/22/14 at 1:41 p.m.  Thank you, [redacted], CEO All Pro School Pictures

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.I accept the business's response, however, just to clarify, the package was sent via priority mail and yes it was delivered, however I did NOT sign for the package as a signature was not required.  It was left in my subdivision's parcel post mail locker and the key to this locker was put into my individual mailbox.  I did receive the package, thank you, however the package was not signed for by anyone or given to a physical person specifically. Regards,[redacted]

This complaint was addressed to the satisfaction of the client just prior to our Christmas break. Since we are school photographers, we take a nice long vacation while our schools are closed. I'm sorry that I didn't get back to you sooner. Our records show that we had mailed the client her...

order which for some reason, she never received, so we sent her another set of photos after hearing from the Revdex.com. I checked to be sure she got them and was satisfied. She was.
