I ordered a very expensive newborn clothing set from this company. I washed it per the care instructions on their website and noticed it had a hole in the swaddle. I contacted the company immediately and they said because I washed it it was ineligible for return or exchange. I have only had this item for 2 days and it has never been used. I tried to reach out to them on social media and they deleted my comments and blocked me. I didn't say anything besides what happened and what they told me.
Our return policy is posted on our website and clearly states that all products must be unwashed and unworn to be eligible for return. We ask our customers in this policy to please inspect all items prior to washing or wearing for any damages or defects, as once they are washed they will no longer be eligible for return.

Furthermore, the customer was blocked on social media due to an inordinate amount of comments made to other customers on our pages in an attempt to dissuade them from purchasing. We will always continue a conversation with a customer that is seeking a solution. We do not monitor any comments made on a customer's own social media pages, but when a customer is posting on our social media pages with the attempt to hurt our business, our policy is to block them.
