This is in response ti the complaint #[redacted]   Early January I got a call from a friend she worked for [redacted] if I could put a tarp on a roof for one of her client. On January 9th I went to Mr. [redacted] residence and place a tarp on the roof. I stated to mr....

[redacted] that the tarp is a temporary solution. Within a few weeks later I got a call from mr. [redacted] that one of the board that was holding the tarp came off. On the day before we had 60+ mile an hour wind storm. I went to mr. [redacted] residence and secured the tarp again. Mr. [redacted] thinks that the tarp is a new roof. Mr. [redacted] lives in a high wind area. Mr. [redacted] stated that I ignored his call that's a lie. I've been more than accommodating to mr. [redacted]. I have the utmost respect for a veteran and the elderly. I would never take advantage of anybody.

 Dear Sirs: In response to Mr [redacted]'s response (BTW, My name is Mr . [redacted], NOT [redacted], and at least I know Mr. [redacted]'s proper name); Mr . [redacted] is wrong on many points and he knows it (#) 1. Mr . [redacted] knows that if he had put the tarp up correctly in the first place, it would certainly last more than 2 months!; How does Mr. [redacted] know that I am in a high-wind area???...Is he suddenly a meteorologist as well as a lousy contractor.?(2). Mr. [redacted]'s comments are, at the very least, disingenuous if not prevarication; I can establish by me cell phone lugs when I called Mr. [redacted] and when he called me back; As stated previously, he called me ONCE this month on a Thursday after I left him various messages and he said he would be here to correct the matter on the next day, Friday, and not only did he not come by, but he didn't have the decency to call me to tell me why or that he wasn't showing up; Also Mr. [redacted] conveniently forgot to mention that he stated to me that a board that ended up in the yard that was on the roof was put up by him again the same day he came over...That is inherently disingenuous since I was at home all that day and not only did he not knock on my door but I certainly would have heard him hammering the board on the roof since I have excellent hearing...You can NOT hammer a board on a roof without making noise inside. He has been nothing but rude and ignorant since this ordeal started and I have taken pictures of the tarp on the roof recently that shows the area of the roof that is not being covered by the tarp. I felt I would give Mr [redacted] the benefit-of-the doubt and go with Revdex.com, but if he is going to outright lie in his response, I will have no choice but to follow-up with a formal federal complaint.
