Palen music may consider the case closed, however I do notThis is the condescending and dismissive attitude they have shown toward me that caused me to contact the Revdex.com in the first placeThe fact of the matter is they cannot just ignore their advertising per the federal law that I sent them in my first attempt to resolve this caseWhich is exactly what they are trying to doAs for contacting ***, they are not responsible for fraudulent advertising on their page, just like *** or *** isn’t responsibleAll these companies can do is kick them off the siteIf I cannot get a fair and legal resolution with the Revdex.com then I will be forced to contact the Missouri attorney general, the FTC, and other consumer agencies to resolve this matterPalen music may be able to ignore me, which they have done, and maybe ignore the Revdex.com, but they cannot ignore the law

I am rejecting this response because:An apology or this so called “mistake”, is not the point of the complaintThe fact is that they advertised a product on a national website and now refuse to honor their advertisementFrom what I have been able to research this is illegalI also have a few issues with their response, first off the “numerous apologies” is absolutely not true, after two communications with them they have cut off all communication with me, and the second response was an attempt to blame the national website that they advertise onThese adjustments they made for the future does not address the issue of now which is the product and purchase that this complaint is aboutAlso, they talk about their policy and I have two issues with thisThe first is on the website where I purchased the product, their policy is nowhere to be foundAlso, if the policy goes against the law can they keep their policyI did send them a copy of the federal law for this situationI have attempted to communicate with them to resolve this issue, however they will not respond to me, so I had no other choice but to reach out to the Revdex.com for assistance.

Dear Revdex.com,I thank you for your time and effort to resolve this matter.  Palen Music Center has no business history with this customer, that I am aware of, and even if we did, this was a simple mistake.  I will state again that we are very sorry for this mistake.  I will also reiterate that we have added new processes in place to keep this from happening in the future.  My recommendation at this point would be that the customer takes their issue up with [redacted], which is the company, and website the customer used, and see if there is anything else that can be done.  This is not a pattern for us.
