We had an issue where we lost water in our house suddenlyWe are on a point well system so our first thought was that our well went dryWe had another local contractor come out and he found a broken joint, and was able to fix and get water restored on Wednesday July 5, He stated we needed a new pump and pressure tank, but wouldnt be able to install until the next weekWe called shifter and wilder, hoping to be able to use them at an earlier timeWas told the first time to send pics so they knew what they were dealing withPics sent and no responseOn Thursday I contacted them again, and was given an estimateI was told a service tech would call me back that evening and now it is after pm Friday and still no return phone callPretty terrible customer service from a company who was highly recommendedGuess they don't need the $job after allNeedless to say, another contractor is doing the job
Called Shidler & Wilder this morning because our pump quit working last night They sent a crew out right away and repaired the problem Expecting to replace the pump at a cost of $to $dollars they repaired a damaged wiring in the pump housing ! Very Honest Company to do business with
