I am rejecting this response because: J&R did not have authorization to withdraw from my acctIf they had the information as they say they did, why didn't they not withdrawal on the monthly scheduleI did give authorization once to withdraw from my acct, check out the box for one time useThis is the 2nd time J&R withdrawal from my acctthe first time Mrs ***s did return the amount after I told her she did not have the authorization.

9, Unfortunately until the recent full payment the transactions had not gone through due to insufficient credit availableHad the customer made any payments over the last months the overall balance due would have certainly been lowerMany opportunities were available to pay when her daughter attended regular workouts at our facilityI spoke directly with the complainant on May 5, and that afternoon I faxed documents she requested concerning her payment authorizationOn May 6, I responded within hours to two emails she sentThroughout our years in business we always communicate with customers and inform them about balances owedAt this point payment has been made for all services provided this family. *** ** *** Vice President, J&R Gymnastics
