When tractor was originally serviced 5/2/we were told to fix the belt that he didn't want to put alot of money into the unit So that is what we did (REPLACED THE BELT) We went out two other times to replace the belt at our own cost ($65.90) to replace the belt to keep
customer happy, even though company policy is DAYS on LABOR ONLY!!!Customer called 7/24/and was told the there is a day warranty Customer stopped by 7/25/and was told the same thing by *** That the mower was repaired 5/2/it was out of our warranty Customer then stated that he will have to take us to court and that is when *** told him to leave. When customer came in on 7/25/he was told that we were two weeks behind before we could get the unit in the shop and that something else must be causing the belt to fail Customer did not want to wait and did not want to put any more money into unit to fix it the correct way We will not issue a refund of any amount We have went above and beyond for this customer!!!
