Review: Had 2 prior transactions with this business, so I contacted [redacted] of Loucri Jewelers regarding purchase of a pair of 2 ct. diamond stud earrings for my wife for Christmas. I have ALL emails regarding this; both mine to him and his answers. In the last email before I wired his money, I stated: (quote directly from my email to him):

"I am preparing to send your wire. I would like to confirm our deal. I am purchasing 2 1+ Ct Diamond Stones Round Fine cut SI2 quality Color G mounted as Earrings in 4 prong stud 14 ct gold. I will also receive 2 GIA certificates of authenticity.

Please confirm this email and I will authorize the bank to send the wire.

Thanks

HIS ANSWER TO MY EMAIL:

everything is correct, except you will receive one certificate that has details of both diamonds and earrings

thanks

PLEASE NOTE AT THIS TIME THAT I REQUIRED A "G.I.A." Appraisal certificate.

When my wife opened the earrings on Christmas day, we noted that the appraisal was NOT G.I.A., but rather G.A.I. (a different lab with entirely different credentials ). I immediately emailed [redacted] and he advised me to "check it out" (the grading) and that there would be "no refund". I DID exactly as he suggested and had a registered G.I.A. appraiser do an appraisal. The appraiser graded the stones as I-2 (INCLUDED) as opposed to the G.A.I. appraisal of SI 2 (SLIGHTLY INCLUDED) ...There was no question about the difference in CLARITY grading. The G.I.A. appraiser graded the COLOR to be J on one of the stones and G-H on the other. Again a significant difference in the G.A.I. appraisal of color stated as 'G'. The difference in grading would make a large difference in pricing as well as my ability to sell them in the future. I sent [redacted] a letter by [redacted] (he signed for it personally) and after getting no answer I sent another email. So, I have sent 3 emails and one letter asking for a refund. He sent the ONE response mentioned above, denying a refund and I have gotten no response whatsoever from my second and third communications to him. I required a G.I.A. appraisal as he agreed to (email listed above). He contracted with a different, more obscure lab to do the appraisal, and the stones were miss-graded and priced according to the better grading rather than the correct G.I.A. appraised grading.Desired Settlement: Refund in full. I could never be comfortable doing business with him again.

Review: This business has a 7 day return policy with original receipt from the time of purchase. I was refused to get refunded after 3 days from the purchase for inaccurate information provided about the product I bought.I bought a Cartier watch with diamonds from [redacted], [redacted] of the store. I went to Cartier store to re-size the band and they refused to do so as they do not carry the model with diamonds. I asked [redacted] if the diamonds were added aftermarket. He said the diamonds were not added and he bought it from Cartier dealer and some models are only available overseas. I went to a local Cartier dealer and an appraiser. They both told me the diamonds were added aftermarket. When I was at the store to buy the watch, [redacted] showed me an appraisal done for a same model but with less diamonds for 17,550 saying my watch will be appraised more as there are more diamonds. I have a picture of the appraisal he showed me. The appraiser I went to appraised it for 2,800. The [redacted]cri website lists return policy as 7 day return with original receipt from the time of purchase. When I emailed him again 3 days after the purchase for the refund, he said I can not get the refund. I emailed him again explaining how he provided inaccurate information and why I want the refund but he has not responded me.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a full refund plus the appraisal fee, the total of 3,075.

Review: I feel scammed. I worked with Mike from Loucri and sent in a diamond bezel Brietling Blackbird and $4500 for a submariner rolex. When I got the Rolex, I wasn't happy with the size of the dial and Mike agreed to take back the rolex plus $900 and exchange it for 2 less expensive brietling watches. One of the watches was fantastic, but one of them had an issue with one of the hands....it was crooked. So I returned the watch and they fixed that hand but sent it back and the watch hand then wouldn't reset properly. I took a video of the issue and sent it back requesting a refund or exchange....I even offered to exchange for less because of the hassle. They immediately sent the watch back and claimed that if I let the seconds hand run 10 seconds or more every time it would pop back properly. Apparently I am now stuck with this watch that I do not want even though Their policy on all forums they sell at, and on their website says they have a 7 day exchange or refund policy. I am within that as I sent it back immediately TWICE!!!! Eventually Mike offered me to take the watch back and charge a 15% restocking fee (around $1100 dollars) The owner Lou then got on the phone with a arrogant attitude and told me I had 2 choices....Pay him $500 AND send the watch he listed at $6995 and he would send me a watch I liked listed at $6495.....OR.....Take back a watch he bought from me for 4k plus money minus a $1400 restocking fee. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. He told me "I know where you live" so if I wanted to "get lawyers involved" he is ok with that. I didnt want lawyers involved....I wanted to buy a watch I saw posted online....I didnt want to send it in for repairs....I didnt want any of this. This is the most unbelievable transaction Ive ever been apart of. Check out the pictures below.....this is absolute insanity. Do not buy an expensive watch from these guys....you DO NOT want to be in the position I am in where you paid over 5000 cash plus an expensive watch only to be strong armed. The watch was tampered with in ways that I believe bent and messed up the movement, watch handsDesired Settlement: I want a refund of the purchase price. $6995 Would accept trade for that amount instead of refund.

Review: I had purchased this watch from Loucri Jewellers in New york, they have advertised it on [redacted] website, When I received the watch there were lots of tampering with the watch and it is not what is advertised, The Bezel has been glued on and does not belong to the watch as it is too large for the watch. Some of the diamonds on the bezel are grey, on the advertised picture they are clear white and the bracelet where it connects to the watch is loose and flimsy. I have returned the watch ** June 2015 tvia [redacted] and I have requested a full refund of my monies.

I have confirmation from the buyer (through [redacted]) that they have accepted the parcel back. Based on the photos from their listing this watch is indeed not the same The bezel does not match the watch, the dial is different the size and the case back is different. On [redacted] they state :

"-All products are 100% guaranteed authentic or your money back.

-All products are guaranteed as described or your money back

The website complaints department has confirmed the advertised watch and the watch I received are completely different and have asked them to refund the monies.

I have tried calling the store numerous times without success, someone keeps on answering the telephone and starts whistling down the phone as they recognise my number.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $9500+232 (courier charges)
