On March 15-2018, Mr *** purchased a *** *** LRfrom Ally Motors. Prior to purchase, Ally Motors had the vehicle safety inspected by an ASE certified mechanic who performed work on the brakes andindicated that the brakes were in proper working order. After Mr*** purchased
the vehicle, the *** *** LRpassed the Massachusetts Safety and Emissions Inspection. Mr*** indicated that the vehicle had no spare tire and Ally Motors provided Mr*** with a spare tire for the vehicle. Mr*** has not made Ally Motors aware of any remaining issues related to the brakes and/or sunroof. Ally Motors would be happy to discuss with Mr*** any issues he is currently having with the vehicle

The Lemon Law Warranty paperwork explained and signed by the customer at the time of the purchase clearly indicates that Ally Motors is not responsible to cover repairs performed by outside mechanics. Further, it states that Ally Motors is responsible for towing of up to miles. If the vehicle was not able to be driven as indicated by customers mechanic, then the vehicle could have been towed to Ally Motors, at Ally Motors expense, prior to any repairs being performed by customers mechanic. The vehicle was inspected by Ally Motors mechanic before the sale was consummated and further the Vehicle passed the Massachusetts Vehicle Emissions and Safety Inspection at the time of sale, indicating the vehicle was safe to drive. With that being said, Ally Motors would be happy to further discuss situation with customer to determine a resolution that would be satisfactory to both Ally Motors and the customer

The vehicle still has not passed inspection, and not all work was completedDid the company give an exact location where the vehicle passed inspection, because I have taken it to two places to have it get inspected and it continues to fail inspectionI don't know what more work needs to be done to complete the inspection, but the Osensor is still not working and that is what is keeping the check engine light onThere is also a massive oil leak and the radiator hose explodedThe salespeople, *** and (his boss) ***, seem to not want to talk to me when I call them, as they keep telling me it's the service department's faultI've also been told I need to go to the office once it passes inspection, but I don't have a sticker yet

*** *** *** purchased a *** *** on April 8, At the time of purchase, Ms*** executed all purchase related and finance related documents, including a purchase and sale agreement, odometer disclosure statement, warranty related information and a waiver of
extended warranty and was provided copies of all documents executed Based upon the miles on the vehicle at the time of purchase of 96,416, Ms*** received a day or 1,mile warranty (along with Ally indicating that if her vehicle did not pass any aspect of the Massachusetts Vehicle Inspection, that Ally would promptly repair and/or fix whatever was necessary for the vehicle to pass the Massachusetts Vehicle Inspection) Pursuant to statute, Ms*** was required to have the vehicle inspected by a Commonwealth Enhanced Emissions and Safety Test site center within seven (7) days of the vehicle's registration On April 11, 2017, the vehicle passed both the safety and emission test without incident This is prima facie evidence of the soundness of the vehicle at the time of purchase Ally Motors further points out that the vehicle could not have passed this stringent test if there was a defect with the brakes or wheels as indicated Further, at the time of purchase, Ms*** was offered an extended warranty and she declined to purchase such As indicated in Ms***'s comments, at the time of the issues she is indicating, it was approximately months or 1,miles post her purchase date and miles at the time of purchase, thus Ms*** was not covered by any warranty at that time Further, to the best of our knowledge, Ms*** has not contacted Ally Motors to indicate she had any issues with the vehicle

There had been so many? bad experiences with Ally motorThey didn't fix any of the vehicle issues, but put wrong parts on the vehicle (like the brake pats) which cause more and more dangerous driving conditions to meI don't trust them any way.Yes, I did signed the document with Ally Motors when finishing the purchase processAfter the purchase, I paid at least trips to their location, and asked for fixing all different issues of the vehicle, but never got ONE good fix at all.? ? I used my trusted local car shop for inspection right after my dangerous trip to there, and was told never drive it again without fixing.? I'm asking Ally Motors to pay me back of the brakes job, and reserve the right of suing Ally Motor for NOT providing derivable? vehicle (fixed brake by Ally Moters after purchase) warranty? job.? ? ?

After my purchase, only drove the vehicle for three weeks, I found brakes issue, and brought the vehicle back to ally motors for repairingOne of the brake pads had been replaced by ally motorEven it was replaced by ally motor, the brakes had issues againThere was noise while driving and I had to go to a local car repair shop for replacing brake psds due to safety concern I paid another trip to ally motor for getting the spare tire assembly, and showed ally motor the repairing billI told ally motor that the brake pad they replaced for me wasn’t good mechanic job, but I didn’t get any reimbursement.the most recent brakes repairing job has to be finished locally because I was told by *** ***? auto repair Inc, my local shop that the car is not clear to drive after I barely made it safely to the local car repair shopI couldn’t make a trip to ally motor safe any more before having it repaired.? I have the total bill of $from *** ***? auto repair Inc for the brake job, and paid in full.? I can send the receipt over as evidence.?

Mr*** purchased a *** *** on January 9, 2018.? At the time of purchase, the vehicle had 208,miles.? Subsequent to purchase, Mr*** took the vehicle to his inspection station to obtain a Massachusetts Inspection Station.? The vehicle needed minor repairs in
order to pass the Massachusetts Vehicle Inspection (windshield wipers for example).? Ally Motors performed all the necessary repairs per the failed Massachusetts Inspection Report, at Ally Motors sole cost.? ? Ally Motors returned the vehicle to Mr*** after showing Mr*** that all the necessary repairs were completed to his satisfaction.? As of today, 2-17-2018, Ally Motors is not aware of any items preventing Mr*** from obtaining his Massachusetts State Inspection and believe we have met all of our obligations to Mr***
