I ordered and paid for a replacement part over the phoneThey shipped my part and then weeks after receiving my partI get an invoiceI'm in a chapter 13, so my access to view the credit card transaction was cut offSo I paid it againThis time through [redacted]  to the email address the invoice said to remit paymentsi have proof of the transaction, and the money left my accountThey keep sending me invoices I've paid this twice

On March I ordered a Mackie Mix12FX Audio Mixer (distributed by Loud Audio, Inc) from Sweetwater Music Store in Indiana
Before receiving the Mixer I was obligated to travel to New York City to attend the funeral of my Father - and to attend to related (and other family) matters
I did not have an opportunity to “unbox” and test the Mixer until the end of April - at which time I discovered a defect in the “Phantom Power” circuit of the unit (it created a buzz/hum in the Music Mix when engaged)
I tested the Mixer by replacing it with two similar models I own (an *** * *** *** and a *** *** ***) - which are, basically, the same mixers made by different companies
My two other Mixers performed without problem - so the only conclusion we could make here was that the Phantom Power (or other) circuit in the Mackie Mixer was defective
