I had a very bad experience at Campbell Ford. I agreed to a price with the salesman I was dealing with.Just before I was ready to make a deposit the salesman said he had to confirm the price with the manager. He returned and told me that he had made a mistake and I would have to pay an additional $300! I can't think of another business where a customer has to pay for the salesman's mistake.
