Terrell A/C & Heating came as a blessing Will and crew came out before we had an event and at the time it was degrees at 10am They quickly troubleshot the problem and before I knew it we were back blowing cold Ever since that day I call Terrell A/C & Heating for all my needs For my house, rental properties, businesses, friends and family You name it I call Will And what I respect the most is they don't milk the customer, if they see a problem that will later cause damage they will point it out Rather than wait until the problem triples along with the cost

Not thorough at allThey said we just needed a new filter and clean the outside unit and the air will come out of the vents like it should I even asked why I felt a draft when I was in the attic He said it's fine5% air loss is normal Two days later I come to find out there is a large "access door" (I don't recall the official name of it)that was wide open Huh no wonder air wasn't blowing very strong and our unit was always running
