details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Legal Templates is referencing the incorrect accountThis is for ***I have attached the proof of communications and charges from this businessYou will see that on 7/28/16, 7/31/and 8/1/I reached out to the business on multiple occurrences via email and telephone to cancel an active account well within the trial periodDespite my requests to cancel account, Legal Templates later charged me $on 8/11/(screen shot attached) then cancelled my account on 8/17/(Screen shot attached) without refunding meIf my requests were unsuccessful or being directed to an inactive account, legaltemplates failed to make me aware by not responding nor did they ever consult with me until after they billed me weeks later after my multiple requests to cancel which were well before the expiration of the trial periodThis is shady business practices.Therefore I am requesting a refund for the full amount of $for the charges on 8/11/on *** account.Thank you

I have never stated that their cancellation is difficultThe term of x day trial in the service industry means it ends towards the end of day at a specific time zoneIn their statement, it does specify the trial is in hour and minute, and no indication of time zone as well.
