Review: Loudoun County Construction c/o Kenn E[redacted] (contractor) was paid but did not complete building my home. Contractor abandoned job with poor foundation leaving project with inability to install plumbing and electrical fixtures properly....:* Contractor is not as savvy as he appears. * This contractor also has ties in Newport News (VA), Virginia Beach (VA), Front Royal (VA), Washington, DC, and the Carolinas areas. He breached the contract with me and recently I learned he did not pay some of the workers as promised.* phone calls and emails were place to Mr. E[redacted] but never returned.Desired Settlement: I would like Mr. E[redacted] to return thousands of dollars that he took from me and my family.
