For emergencies, staff will leave you waiting without telling you if there are insurance issues, but offer you a cleaning to be performed while you are there (I was in pain and needed an emergency root canal, a cleaning was the last thing on my mind!!!!)Once I was told the hour delay was due to insurance, I explained that I was willing to pay cashI just needed this tooth taken care of, I was really hurting and had to already cancel a day if MY patients to be treatedSo I paidAnd then they called me back up to the desk and said that ALL OF THE DENTISTS NOW TAKE A 1/HOUR LUNCH AT THE SAME TIME!!!!! What?! That's emergency care? Everyone leftWaiting area and those already IN THE CHAIR!!!!!! Once I am seen, yup I need root canal, make an apptI wait for an hour in waiting room to check out and make an appt, I leave since I have already paid anyway BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE! I CALL THE NEXT DAY, TUESDAY AND MAKE appt for Friday, my day offI get there and they've canceled it BC dentist is sick and offer me a lobotomy, essentially part of root canal by another dentist now (requiring an additional visit, more $ for them) or a root canal in SIX HOURSMind you, my trip to the office is an HOUR round trip and I'm a single working mother of two BUT let me tell you it wasn't as straightforward as this is, which is sad, BC one office staff person doesn't know what the other is doing and make no notes in your recordThis is so bad that I am going to take my business elsewhere and pay out of pocket for the duplicate workI wouldn't trust this place with my dog

My complaint with Day and Night Dental is payment for serviceMy son had service in January I received a phone call from Day and Night Dental In May stating I had a balance for his service The Finance representative Debbie stated the insurance company would not pay anymore towards the claim until they receive documentsInsurance company confirmed documents were received dentist office did not resubmit claimLong story short Day and Night will not resubmit the claim before I pay so that they can be paid twice for the same serviceThey also blocked my phone numbers so that I could not call them about this matterThe worst service I have ever experienced with a professional practice

I went to night and day dental in Fayetteville on 11/25/checked in with a chipped tooth filled out patient information paid in advance to be seenWaited hours to be called back to be examined checking with the front desk every half hour after patiently waiting the first hoursI became so irritated by being obviously and intentionally ignored and overlooked..I had to demand a refund and leftPeople that were walk ins as myself coming in after me where seen and had left at least 35-people!! No exaggerationThe worst I have ever treated in a time of dental needs and was more than willing to pay for the dental work..honestly horrible experince!!

I have never been to a more unprofessional place like this before in my lifeFirst off the staff on the front end needs to be replaced, starting with the girl who has the little afroShe is inconsiderate and just plain rudeI asked how many people where ahead of me and she told me 2, but people where called back before I was calledI asked her if I could make some coffee because I was tired from sitting in here for like hours...and needless to say I am still waitingYou walk up to the desk and have to wait for the employees to finish conversations about their kids before you are even greetedI am just really *** off with their service and attitudes

Today my year old son received services at this denist office for a root canalWe had a plesant experience throughout this whole oral surgery/procedureDrL*** and his staff member MrK*** took very good care of son and was able to give him an AMAZING smile to be proud of for his 18th Birthday on 4/05/

I had a horrible experience. They made me wait 40 minutes, lost my paperwork and then marked me late after I had checked in. Front desk staff were rude and not helpful. If I did not need to see a dentist I would not have stayed.
