I contacted the Revdex.com online and found building-Remodeling and Home Repair services in my areaI was able to reach Loughman Builders with a voice message and they called me back that eveningTo my surprise they were located very close to my home which I thought would be convenient for them and also made me feel a lot more comfortableI scheduled a meeting so we could go over the project that I was anticipating on doing very soonI asked for a estimate and they thought it would be better if they gave me a price range that normally is anticipated in the type of job I wanted completedThis process that they went through before giving me a written estimate was the most professional and common since way of discovering what I could actually afford rather then wasting each others time The project was well thought out and then described in detail once I was able to agree on a comfortable budget, which enabled them to come up with the final Proposal/ContractThe job was then scheduled and contracts signed with a good faith deposit on my partThis company showed up exactly to the day that was agreed upon and started working in the exact order that was detailed in our agreementThe politeness and respect they showed in my home I could of never imagined but it also showed in their work ethic and craftsmanshipThe job was completed in a timely manner and their detail on daily cleanup was superbI truly enjoyed watching their progress on a daily basis, what I thought was going to be stressful experience ended up just the oppositeOne last note to mention is this company came to me one afternoon and explained that there was going to be a lot of dust and noise happening the next two days and offered me a prepaid room at a very nice motel if I thought it would be necessary I will and have recommended Loughman Builders to friends & family --JM
