Mr. [redacted] called BBB to request reopen of the complaint as the company has filed to perform. LouieDeal has not reached out to Mr. [redacted] since the filing of the complaint with their response. I would have thought 2 1/2 weeks would have been enough to make a phone call. I am still receiving marketing emails, which I no longer wish to receive. I have stopped the monthly authorization. The refund of $3900.00 hasn't occurred.
