I purchased what I thought was a nice used washer dryer set (Whirlpool Duet) for $After I got it home and hooked it up the washer started leaking water out of the bottomI removed the front to see inside and noticed the plastic tub inside had a big crack in itI contacted the owner of Louie's Appliance her name is *** and she told me that she would call around and try to help meBut I NEVER recieved a call back from her and I have made numerous calls to the business but she is never thereThese people are crooks selling broken appliances and then not honoring their warrantyBUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY ANY APPLIANCES FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I wish I would have just bought brand new appliances to begin with!

I love Louies Appliance! They were experienced in all major brands of appliancesPlus had financing to help me in a time where money was tight.I would highly recommend them to any of my family or friendsThey had everything from appliances to furniture

I bought not only a dryer but refrigerator....spent total of $ The dryer stopped working (delivery put in wrong and I paid for this...its on the receipt) Talked to Dave (name and address on the receipt as well as this location) Dave was real niceWhen I called to talk to tell Dave about the dryer, he said bring in the receipt and he could make me a deal We made plans for Sunday-only day I could get someone to take the dryer for me as we all work, and Dave was not thereWe talked to Joey (name on his nametag) at the Cave Creek location Asked for Dave and Joey said Dave's not here I asked if he will be back and Joey said no I said we made arrangements and Joey said he cannot honor any of Dave's arrangementsI asked if he could call Dave He said no I told him we wanted to talk to Dave as I brought back the dryer and Dave would make a deal, could he?...He said no He was very snippy, not customer oriented and sarcastic I got upset at his treatment and said he wasn't being very nice He said ok then, good bye I then said he was an *** and I will be reporting them to the Revdex.com He said good, go ahead Never will go back there or recommend them I went to Spencer's and bought a new dryer (cash) I am surprised that this company pays Joey for his attitude

I give this company an "F". Have never been treated so poorly in my life. Went in with my husband and gave a small deposit. When the dishwasher arrived at the Cave Creek store, my husband went down and made sure it is what we wanted. Gave additional cash as a deposit. Set up a delivery date and time. Was not delivered. My husband had to go down to get our money back and found out one of the owners wasn't going to have our appliances delivered because HIS salesman (not us) didn't charge us enough for installation. How is that our fault? They lied and was even a bit physical when my husband went to get our deposit back. Horrible business - will never go their ever again.

I've bought several appliances over the years from this place and very happy with everything staff are all kind and very knowledgeable about what they are selling plus small family owned business are always the best way to go verry happy thanks louies appliance
