1. Received a gift card as a gift.
2. Lost the gift card - my fault. Card was numbered.
3. Ask how to replace it. Said not their policy.
NO Policy
$100 gift card not replaced. Said policy was to treat it as cash. Asked for policy. Never provided.
Just a replacement of the gift card.

Customer was NEVER provided the terms and conditions...when requested in last correspondence it was NEVER provided even after requested. Review of evening a non-factor in implementation of policy. NEVER once was the purchaser provided the terms and conditions.It was not stated telephonically when communication was initially made NOR was it provided in the mailing.
