Review: I asked if LK & S could restuff my couch cushions. I mentioned that they were supposed to be rounded and plump in the seat and showed them how right now they were flat. They said they would make new ones and took one of the couch cushions with them.
When they brought back the new cushions, they were as flat as the old ones and when I pointed this out they started arguing with me angrily. I told them I wasn't happy with them but I paid them anyway and told them I wanted the old cushion returned so I could restuff it myself.
The new cushions are so flat I can barely get up from the couch. The foam is full of chemicals which are stinking up my apartment. And although I've left many messages asking for the original, much better cushion back, I have gotten nothing. It's been over a month.Desired Settlement: Return the original cushion!
