Our company does a large volume business through the internet and we are happy to report that we rarely receive any complaints. Review: I ordered two pastoral shirts from this company. They delivered a damaged shirt, called the day of delivery and the clerk (Torri) gave directions to return the shirt and stated my entire money would be refunded since I did not receive the other shirt and tabs. I returned it that day. The other shirt never arrived, nor the tabs that were ordered. The company received the damaged shirt back and wrote n and asked how the shirt was damaged. When I stated, it was received damaged and I had spoken with Torri when it arrived, they told me that they were going to refund the shirt and charge me 15% restocking, which is not on their website. I did not have this article 30 days I don't feel it is fair to charge restocking for something I never received either. They are a not a good company to deal with so the buyer better beware of them.Desired Settlement: I want all of my money back, they should send out a good product and when people order a product it should all come with packing. I have notified Paypal of their practices, they should not do business with them.
