Upon receiving your letter, I contacted Jewel Corporate concerning the Indiana law which applies to selling certain items /products by eaches' vs pounds
I was told we (in Indiana), have been miss-interpreting the law, and can sell, by each
items that come as pre- cut, pre weighed portions such as salmon, Lobster tails, but not items we process here at store location such as beef tenderloin fillets, etc
I phoned Ms***, this morning and discussed my findings with herI also informed her that I / we would be happy to honor the $each price on the lobster tails (as advertised), and could provide her with as many as she needed, thus she would not require a rain check, This has all been discussed I communicated to the Meat Market Manager and person in charge of the fish department
She stated she would be In today or tomorrow for them, I requested that she ask for me if she has any further concerns and I will be happy to assist her to her satisfaction

On Saturday morning, 10/3/15, Customer [redacted] , reported to me, Michele, the Store Manager, that one of my associates, Rich, had taken a photo of her "backside" without her permission/ acknowledgement. She was visibly upset. I immediately found...

Rich and asked for his phone. [redacted] photo had been erased, as she had asked, however, I did find several other photos of the same nature. After apologizing to [redacted], I assured her I would report and pursue the matter.
I filed a report of the incident to my Corporate that day as per policy / procedure.
Things were left as they were because the Company has an established investigative process which must be followed to ensure we conduct fair and unbiased investigations. While Company Policy prohibits us from providing specific details regarding the investigative process and disciplinary actions we take, we do have a strict Sexual and Workplace Harassment policy. The situation was investigated and appropriate action was taken. Rich is no longer employed at our store.
As further follow up, I phoned [redacted], on Tuesday, October 13th, 201S, and again, several times on Saturday, 10/17/15, and Tuesday, 10/20/15, (all dates/times documented). On all occasions I left messages to which she never responded. I phoned to let her know that I we took this situation very seriously, and that her safety was both a concern and a priority and that this incident has been resolved. I wanted to also let her know that we welcome her in our store and that Rich is no longer employed at our store.
