Review: [redacted] is a licensed electrican and contractor who was hired to repair my "Sandy" damaged home in November 2012. Nine months later my home is not completed. As of now my kitchen cabinets have not been installed. But have been paid for. Most of the work contracted for is completed but I've had to hire other contractors to complete work [redacted] has not done in addition to the cabinets. My dining room floor needed to be finished, there is a door needed to close off my heating system, parts for my radiators needed to be installed, outside plumbing needs to be replaced,saddles for entrances needs to be installed, etc. Most of this work are small details, but I'm mostly concerned about my kitchen cabinets. I would like either the cost of these cabinets be returned or the cabinets delivered to my home and I would hire someone to install them. At this point I have given [redacted] over $25,000.00. [redacted] has had some health issues which I understand about. But he is a contractor who hires help to do his work. Since he cannot physically do this work his people should be able to do the work needed.Desired Settlement: Dilever cabinets as ordered or return the cost of the cabinets.

My lawyers have sent a letter to [redacted] giving him until 9/** to complete the work in question. He texted me that this work will be done this week. I have no other response as to date in time. If he does not comply by Friday, legal action will be taken.
