Louisburg Hardwood, Inc.

This is a very unprofessional and dishonest company. Was told all items would be chipped upon completion. That never happened. Land was left in a big mess. pieces of trees and stumps left everywhere. You can't even walk the land due to all the debris left on the ground. Due to the tractors and heave equipment destroying our road to our house. My car needed to be repaired. Even though the contract we have with them states all damages will be covered from the work they due, I am having to fight with[redacted] (the company representative) to pay my car bills. They don't answer or return calls. When I finally got a hold of[redacted] last week, he said that him paying for my car repairs was a courtesy yet it's been over 2 months and I still have not received the check that I was told my[redacted] and Louisburg Hardwood Inc. Every week he says he's going to drop it by or place it in the mailbox. This has yet to happen. It's been over 2 months.Desired SettlementI would like to receive payment of my car repairs as well as the trees and lumbar to be chipped as per the contract agreement.
