Hi ***, ***'s order has been delivered since last Friday (*** tracking: ***, but unfortunately due to a Spring promotion there was an influx of orders that caused hers to be delayed in leaving our warehouseThe Spring promotion was also the reason for our delayed

Hi [redacted],In regards to [redacted]’s complaint, we checked our records and although we never received a single email from her we do see that she left us a few voicemails. Our message machine indicates that customers looking for an immediate response should email us at [redacted]. As we...

receive a high volume of voicemails, regretfully we occasionally cannot keep up in the time-frame that we would like. Upon receiving the letter from the Revdex.com I called her immediately to help walk her through our warranty process, and although no one answered the call I did leave a message with my personal extension so she can call me back. We also reached out to her email address apologizing for our delay and included our warranty instructions. We hope to hear back from her soon.Thanks!

After [redacted]’s email to us on Thursday, the [redacted] of September, we apologized for the delay and immediately requested a return shipping label for her which was sent on Monday, October [redacted]. I miscommunicated to her that I would be sending her a replacement, since that’s what we usually do, but that...

was an accidental slip which was corrected the following day via email. We heard back from [redacted] on Monday the [redacted]. She stated that we had received her return, upon checking the tracking number on the shipping label we sent we see that the brush was received by our Logistics team on the [redacted] of October and we have now issued [redacted] a full refund. We hope [redacted] is happy with her refund and we apologized to her for any inconvenience in the processing delay.

apologized that we were somehow unreachable before. We look forward to helping her with her replacement through our warranty program, and hope to hear back from her soon.

I have been working with [redacted] for four years now. There has always been excellent services. She responds right away. Things are handled quickly and I have had no problems. I am so glad that she was recommended to me.
