Louise Levy Audiology

I was referred to Louise Levy for our 5 year old son for an evaluation and a report that I can share with his teacher and our other providers. I had to contact Louise Levy's office six (6) seperate times to receive the report over a month after our initial visit. At week three, Louise Levy insisted via email that her assistant emailed me the report, only stating it must have been my fault as "Technology is not perfect by any means". I asked her to reforward me the original report from the email that she insists her assistant sent, but she doesn't take accountability for the lack of follow-up from her office, and lied to me via email, which I consider completely unethical, unprofessional and overall difficult to deal with.
