Louisiana Chimney Services

We hired Michael O Boyle to clean our chimney October 1st 2019. He sent a report October 16th of what needs to be repaired before we could use our fireplace. All the repairs would cost a total of $5250.00. Michael requested 50% down payment so he could order parts and begin work. We payed Michael $2625.00 on October 28th 2019 with the agreement that he would have our chimney and repairs done before December. He messaged me October 30th saying he will be shooting for the week of November 18th for repairs. December 10th, the supplies came in. I messaged him Dec. 17th if he has scheduled to repair our chimney and he says he's behind on other jobs and he'll try to squeeze in 2 days for us. 17 days later, Jan 5th. I haven't heard anything from Michael, I sent a text and he responded 3 days later apologizing and saying he scheduled us for the 29th and 30th of January and if it's raining, he'll do it on Feb. 3rd and 4th. It rained all of those days and we agreed he'd come on Feb. 7th Friday and make all repairs. I messaged him Feb 7th at 7:40am asking when he'd show up. He didn't respond until 9:30am saying he was working on another roof and wouldn't be able to come until the next day. We were fed up with him at that point and asked for a full refund. He has not replied to me or answered his phone in response to my message. I would like my money back.
