Business did go by the house and observe the damage. No one was home. He determined it is wind damage. Business's warranty states not covered for wind damage. Business already discussed with the customer to contact her insurance company. Business does not use subcontractors.

Review: I was charged a courtesy pay fee for moneythat was on hold to pay 2 bills this lead for me to be charged 5 courtesy pay fees, if you are holding the money for the bills either I should not be chareged the fees for these two bills or it should have paid the other three bills that came through. at no point I should be charged 5 times.Desired Settlement: I would like for my funds to be refunded for either the fee on the 2 bills that where on hold or for the three courtesy pay fees that came through while the money was on hold.

Review: Between 8.27.14. And 9.3.14 Fraudulent debit charges were made on my acct. I requested a letter stating the issue from lfcu. I was give insufficient documentation and told that once our case was proven, lfcu did not have any responsibility after returning our funds and reversing nsf fees. Unfortunately, several othe transactions wereup to 3 days after the case was settled. I speaking with Ms. Ash and Ms. Jill, I was interrogation and informed that I should have not oversprent my availble funds during that hold on the account. In all actuality, we were not aware that the account was in turmoil. The two reps were very argumentative and made us feel that we were responsible for the issues and that they would not continue to assist us after 9.3.14 although other transactions are coming to dus them subittig the check after lfcu relpace the funds. We did not have the ability to speak with the various companies to stop them from submitting already in route regardless of the account status. We are very upset and disappointed in the emotional callenges and deeming statements made by jill and liz. We were not seeking gunds from the rep and manager, we were only requeing a letter that debit fraud had occurred during the end of august and beginning of September. We still have several issues that hve not been resolved. We arebeing fforced to do the foot work and make conference calls, provide physical evidence for transactions that were submitted by thirdd party payes every single time something we are billed for bounced checks sent in during the account hold. In essence, it is unfair, insensitive and demeaning to be treated like criminals because we are requesting help from a longstanding financial institution. There is not any support or concern for the customer after they dumped the money back into the account. Because the computer program performs the transactions after the return of our funds, the companies charged us late fees and are charging us for transactions we were unaware of.Desired Settlement: A generic letter stating any transactions during that period that were reported as fraud should waiver nsf and late fees. The bank vice president should provid adesignated competent person to review the dispute and verif it occurred. We are being forced to visit local branch for a letter for each disputed charge although we have reported it and lfcu has verified it.
