It was for this exclusive reason that any plan-corresponding feature and or the service itself was interrupted. However, I will note that I have contacted this business several times since the refund was apparently approved and not one person notified me I would be getting the refund.  Had I been notified, I would not have continued to inquire.

Our records indicated that Mr. [redacted] Signed up for auto recharge program, unfortunately his credit card was charge at the time of the following billing cycle.   The first charge of $27.00 was refunded. We have process a refund for the second and last recharge, a total of $27.00 Please allow 3 to 7 days for the credit to reflect in the credit card account depending on the financial entity. I have emailed customer service several times with proof of bank statements. I also have several emails from the company stating that I was refunded on Nov. 22 but that refund was never issued. I am attaching a copy of that bank statement and will also send in all the emails. Its going on two months now still nothing but the run around.

Once the airtime expires the service will be completely interrupted. (H2O Wireless) remains committed to customer satisfaction.   Our records indicate that customer purchased a starter kit and not the $30.00 monthly card.  the issue was brought up to our billing department.  records further showed that a billing representative provided a credit to customer account [redacted] for the amount of $30.00 on August 19, 2016.      Our records indicate that the issue has been satisfactory resolved by way of Customer Service. I am rejecting this response because:    Ricardo makes reference to the warranty on the sim card expiring.  However, as the card is not working properly, I've effectively lost over $80 of the $100 I paid for a one year prepaid plan with H2O Wireless.Ricardo suggests that I purchase a new sim card.  I have a question of Ricardo regarding this.       If I purchase a new sim card will I be able to have the new sim card assigned the same phone number as the old sim card?  Also,  will my  prepaid  annual plan be carried over to the new sim card?  If the answer to both questions is yes, I will be satisfied.  However, I would appreciate Ricardo giving me full details of how to assign the new sim card my "old" phone and how to have is work with my already purchased prepaid annual plan.

Our records indicate that Mobile Number [redacted]4 was activated on 7/21/2015 under pay as you go plan and a 100.00 full year prepaid card was added.  However the expiration date for that plan was 7/20/2016.  And you refilled again on 7/27/2016 seven day s after expiration date.  Our terms and conditions state:   Charges.  You agree to have your prepaid account debited for all usage and other charges associated with your Device, even if you were not the user of, and did not authorize, its use. Charges include, without limitation, monthly recurring access charges, charges based on actual usage and all applicable taxes and regulatory fees. You agree that we may deduct from your account balance all federal, state and local taxes, fees, and other assessments that we are required by law to collect and remit to the government on the Service we provide you. (LTI) is subject to numerous regulations imposed by the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”). as Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) Locus Telecommunications is required to adhere to regulations regarding the use, protection and disclosure of customer information. In addition to such and exclusively due to the limited resources granted to us by the underlying carrier, [whose service we resell], we cannot offer any tracking, GPS, Internet connectivity or cell site/tower information.   Unfortunately, we cannot provide additional data to Mr. [redacted]’ wireless plan because the system is not manageable by adding or subtractingdata manually, however due to all the inconveniences and misunderstandings, I have provided an additional $10.00 of International allowance for Mr. [redacted] to use.That been said we will respectfully consider this matter closed.
