On 11/24/you called the office at 11:41AM and did not select an optionYou called back on 11/24/at 11:AM and spoke with our on call tech Cameron. You asked if we charge extra to come out during a holiday weekend and we told you "no" and we did not and provided service the same
day you called. At 1pm on the 24th, Cameron called you on his way to your houseCameron is one of our top certified trained technicians (certified by different HVAC manufactures, NATE certified, and Kohler Generator certified.) His call back ratio is less then 1% and feel his diagnostics capability is more then average.One issue he discovered was your thermostat was not calling for the heat which is why he presented the estimated and you signed providing him permission to replace the thermostat. After he replaced the thermostat it was discovered that the inducer draft motor was not operatingYes, he did say we would get back to you about the estimate for the motor. On Nov 27th at 9:21AM, Julie from our office called you. The delay was our office was closed for Thanksgiving along with all the supply houses. We did get back to you as soon as we could that Monday morningAt that time, you were upset about the price of the thermostat and said "it retails for $30". Yes you can buy it direct but that is not installed, nor does it account for the service we provide of having it on our vans and the knowledge of how to change it without creating more electrical issuesAlso during that call you asked for your old one back, we dispose of products when they are removed and did so with yours.I have attached a copy of your customer record where you can see inbound and outbound calls so for your claim of us not following up with you, I am sorry but this is not true as Julie did call you on 11/and you had a almost a minute conversation where you said you did not want us to replace the motor.If you would like for me to provide these recorded calls I would be glad to.The only other call we have is where Sherry in our accounting department called you on 2/requesting payment and had to leave a message which this invoice is still outstanding and this is the first we have heard that you are disputing the bill.Since you are not satisfied with our work and pricing we will issues a credit to your account for the amount of the thermostat and the service call to bring your balance to $

Mrs. [redacted],I am sorry the follow up on the accounting end did not happen. Unfortunately I was in a severe accident the day after I sent the email in which I was in the hospital for awhile and had an additional surgery after my dismissal from the hospital which I am just getting back...

to the office and I have forgot about getting the check to you and issuing a credit to your account. I AM SORRY PLEASE KNOW THIS WAS NOT INTENTIONAL OR IN ANY WAY A MALIC ACT, please forgive me.To make it completely clear: You do NOT owe GMH Services any money and we will NOT pursue any collection efforts against you as you do NOT owe GMH Services any money as of April 2, 2018 for any previous services.Our accountant clerk will be in on Tuesday and I will have her clear your record, mail a statement showing a $0 balance and submit the check to you.  If you wish you can come pick it up at the office.Again, I am sorry for this falling through and me not remembering to take care of it.(Revdex.com - if you need proof of my accident please advise and I can provide a letter from my attorney stating when it happened, how long I was in the hospital and how long my recovery was before I could return to work even in a partial capacity.)
