The purchase, delivery and installation of our new refrigerator from White's Appliance in Easley, SC couldn'nt have been more satisfying, reassuring and enjoyable This experience gives us confidence that White's will stand behind their products and they will be our first stop for any other appliance that we may need in the future
Initial appointment diagnosed Thermister broken on dryer but failed to check the heating element, resulting in a day wait for part to be ordered with no phone call to reschedule In fact I have placed calls with no call back and dryer is still broken(17days now) .Employees are rude, unprofessional and service guys are not knowledgeable about the products the serviceI was shocked at the low level of customer service and inability to service a basic year old *** dryer
