Initial appointment diagnosed Thermister broken on dryer but failed to check the heating element, resulting in a day wait for part to be ordered with no phone call to reschedule In fact I have placed calls with no call back and dryer is still broken(17days now) .Employees are rude, unprofessional and service guys are not knowledgeable about the products the serviceI was shocked at the low level of customer service and inability to service a basic year old [redacted]  dryer
