This is in response to a complaint filed with the Revdex.com against KEnterprises, the ID number is indicated above Customer was told at time of application of stain not to apply snow ice removal chemical products on the same surfaceWithin a month of original stain application snow ice removal
chemicals were applied which started the flaking of stain and of concrete.

After checking my schedule, I have notified the property management group that Khas scheduled to complete the stain removal from steps and landings beginning December 10, or sooner if possible.
