The check engine light came on last Friday on my car so Saturday I brought it in and they told me the Ocensor needed to be replacedI paid them dollars and yesterday when I was driving home from work the check engine light came on againI went back to the place and they quite literally laughed in my face and told me I would have to pay more money to have anything else donedollars is a lot of money to me to do something that obviously was not the problem in the first placeI'm just tired of dealing with greedy people who can't be honestSave yourself the money and stressDO NOT GO HERE! They are thieves that will lie to you and rob you of your moneyI paid dollars for an censor when that wasn't even the problem and my check engine light is still onThey never even fixed the problem I was there forThey just try to have you pay for as much as possible even when they know it doesn't need to be fixed! They take advantage of women and their business is a scam!!!
Hello,\r\nDuring the past six months the customer service has been less than adequate. Our builder recommended then based on their reputation in the Monroe, LA area. Unfortunately, I\'m building in the Shreveport/Bossier City area, the rep here in the area called us on a couple of time and sent few emails, always trying to get us to change our stone selection to material they had it their yard. We informed them that price isn\'t the only deciding factor for us and please secure our selection at Louisiana Stone (distributor only)in Monroe. \r\n\r\nNow that the cabinets are being built and will be ready next week, we find ourselves in a frustrating situation. Not only did Louisiana Southern stone not secure our stone only two slab of the six different types selected was left in Louisiana Stone inventory. This was verified by my wife who had to take a day off from work to travel across the state to select the slabs for installation.\r\n\r\nThe Services rendered were not from an employee but the owner/operator, Candace B[redacted].\r\n\r\nPlease post this so people will be aware of the potential down side of working with this company.
