put us off. We get one excuse after another, the Grandpa fell and needs a recommendation for a Nursing Home if I could suggest a good one! I am not sure why this causes a company to stop working and not complete a project that has been for. These people are absolutely Unprofessional. Sent them a text 10/07 asking when they will finish. On 10/10 they said they would be here Tuesday b/c Laura's grandpa broke his hip and needed surgery. Send text 10/15 but no response! No communication from anyone until 10/23 when we sent several text messages complaining about the job not being finished, paint brush taken, shovel taken, and scissors as well. 10/23 Someone claimed to be Randall's Son stated his Dad has been in hospital for past 2 weeks. Then the person sends a second message but must have forgot he said he was the he SON b/c he said, "I will let my BROTHER know" in response to, we want the job finished. I do not believe anything that Randall and/or Laura have to say! It has been delay after delay and excuse after excuse! They can't keep their lie straight, they don't remember that they said they were the Son and minutes later they turned into the brother. The brother died the last I h[redacted]. That was one of Randall's excuses.
