Your house is outside of our service area that is listed on our website*** I didn't let that stop me, and I made an exception to come to your house deep in Indiana, at no extra charge. All I can say is that its there, you just have to look***'s List knows this could sometimes be an issue and they take care of these details.Before cleaning I let you know you had options, and you choose to clean stairways and your large empty living room, that counted as areas because its over 400sqftAlso upstairs you had some weird dark spots that looked like burns in your carpet also you had a weird blue tinted stain at the top of the steps, that I thought could have been toilet bowl cleaner. I told you I would clean both of those for $The blue lightened up but your burns are permanent, so I slightly cut off some of the burn to minimize the spot damageAfter cleaning your carpet you looked around and were satisfied, so was IThis is what I don't understand, you were happy when I was doneNow you say "carpet was not cleaned well". You have to understand that carpet cleaning is not a miracle processI can only buy the best cleaners and best supplies, buy the best truck mounted carpet cleaning equipment,and give 100% effort to clean carpet. [redacted]  I am not  satisfied with the resolution because the carpet is no cleaned. I vaccum my carpet twice a week and sometimes more often I spot vaccum when I know my pet has playfully waddled on the floor because I know I must protect her as well as my investment. The business rep had informed from the beginning that he has cleaned carpets in far worse conditions than mine, so I figured as clean as my carpet was, when completed it should look like new.  It didn't happen. I must admit that when the carpet was still wet it appeared much different looking than before it dried. It was very deceptive.  I saw carpet being sprayed and a piece of equipment extracting the moisture. No equipment was used to agitate the carpet at all. I should of question the method from the beginning, I figure he was the professional and knew what he was doing. I definitely would not have used this company's service had they not been recommended by [redacted]'s List plus a member of the Revdex.com. The only acceptable resolution would be to get a full
