I wanted to let you know that we still have not received anything from Louisville Chimney or [redacted] with regards to the Chimney repairs at [redacted] LaneCan you please update the above referenced complaint? Thank you [redacted]

A refund is being processed by the vendor and should be in the mail in the next few days
