From the time Louisville City starting accepting season ticket deposits it was clearly stated that all deposits were non-refundable. When we received the request for the refund we offered the customer the option to use the deposit towards single game tickets or merchandise. The club believed this to be a fair and reasonable solution to the request since the language that accompanied the transaction stated that the deposits were non-refundable. Louisville City will refund the customer the $50 deposit.
