Louisville Laser and Spa

I received a gift card to Louisville Laser in Spokane, WA. The owner made me feel like a criminal for having a gift card! She was very very rude! I highly suggest not giving them business because of how unprofessional they are towards clients. I was GIVEN the gift card and prepared to tip a gracious amount but because of how poorly I was treated I tell everyone and anyone to not give them business.

Review: I begin utilizing L.L. the summer of 2012 when I moved to the area due to my military assignment. I purchased two more laser areas that y. In Jul13 during a treatment in Jul I spoke to the woman doing my treatment about getting my legs done next winter. She asked why next winter and I told her I am active duty military, I move every two years and I would only be here until Jul. She said if I started in Aug I would have time to do the legs, and let me know they had a special that was going on only until the next day, and they only offer a couple times a year. I decided to purchase the package. Late August I called and let them know I was pregnant and asked about a refund. They told me that if they refunded every woman who got pregnant they would go broke. I asked them why I could not get a refund and they stated that I signed a contract in 2012 when I purchased the first package that stated all sales are final. I asked for an exception because of my having to move in July. They offered that my husband could use the value, however my husband is in the Army Reserves and he will be leaving from Nov-Apr 2014, that wont work. They told me if I sell the package they would transfer it to someone else. They have had this special in Sept and Oct, therefore I can find no one that will buy it from me. They told me I could use it towards spa treatment. I am unable to receive chemical peals, etc, bc of the pregnancy, in which they replied they give pregnant women these treatments all they time. My doctor said no. Their stance now is that they can offer me basic facials from $50-130, 5-6 to transfer the $600+tax. I wanted laser treatment, in which two things unfortunately prevent, I am pregnant (unplanned) and I am moving in July 2014 due to my military service in the Army. I would like to be treated as an individual with these not so common circumstances considered. I would also like for them to consider the fact their representative convinced me to buy a "special package" they have offered in Sept and OctDesired Settlement: I wish for a full refund for the laser treatment. I am offended by statements made to me and misrepresentation. I think they need to get familiar with the military community and what we do and we are told when and where we go. When I look back at their site I can also see this special was offered in June as well.

This issue has been resolved with the client. Our normal policy is all sales are final. We do value our customers, and I ALWAYS try to work with them. I do give refunds for certain situations. I am refunding this clients purchase due to valid reasons. Thank you Spokane for keeping us in business for close to 10 years!
