We have reached a mutual agreement with this patient on 11/2/16 that has left both parties happy. Any miscommunication has been resolved and if we can be of any service to him in the future we happily encourage him to reach out to us.

We are always distressed when we see a patient send a complaint to the Revdex.com, and especially one of this nature.  This patient came to us with his ED problem.  Our treatments clearly enabled him to have erections again.  He signed in numerous places when he elected to purchase one of...

our treatment options that "all sales are final".   The patient has now decided he does not want to participate in treatment any further, but we have to stand by our contracts and can not issue a refund.  This patient's continued treatment continues to be available to him or his treatment options could be transferred to another treatment type.  We are here to help him.

At the Louisville Mens Clinic, we have specialized treatment plans that require custom formulations of medications for specific patients. Therefore, once medications have been ordered they cannot be returned. Due to the nature of this medication we require patients to sign a contract indicating...

all sales are final.  However, we do understand and empathize with our patients.  As a good faith effort on 6/23/16, while are policy is all sales are final we offered the patient to put his plan on a 90 day hold in which he agreed.  On 7/7/16 the patient, his wife, and the clinic came to an agreement that we would put the plan on an indefinite hold instead of 90 days so that he could utilize any of our services at any time needed.  We additionally offered other treatment options or services in lieu of the medication.  We have treated over 6,000 patients at the Louisville Men's Clinic and while we strive to satisfy each and every patient we have to maintain our policies.  We would happily encourage Mr. [redacted] to come back to the clinic and resume his treatment plan or utilize any one of our other services

Our Clinic continues to be disturbed by the claims made and distortion of facts.  Our medicines for erections do not cause elevated blood pressure, but it in fact can lower blood pressure.  We have attempted to offer other treatments to this patient and he refuses to discuss with our staff.  We must adhere to our policies that every patient is made aware of.

We at the Louisville Mens Clinic, offer a variety of treatments for men with erectile issues. With there being no cure for erectile dysfunction, we offer treatments to treat the symptoms a individual may be having. With this being said, every situation is unique and our physicians and staff do...

everything we can to find the best treatment for the patient. At the Louisville Mens Clinic our counselors and doctors do their absolute best to determine the best path of treatment that is within the patient budget. We have successfully treated over 5,000 men in the Kentuckiana area by customizing a treatment plan that fits their needs. We have spoken with this patient and have asked him to come into the clinic to discuss this situation with us to get it resolved as quickly as possible. We look forward to speaking with him, and encouraging him to continue treatment.

At the Louisville Men's Clinic our counselors and doctors do their absolute best to determine the best path of treatment for each and everyone of our patients. Our medications are custom formulated specifically for the patient therefore no refunds are given due to our inability to return the...

medication.  We are, however, disappointed that the treatment plan the patient selected was unsatisfactory.  We ask that this patient please return to the clinic to discuss alternative treatment options. We would gladly offer this patient alternative therapies or credit him his remaining balance.

We are highly discouraged upon hearing this claim. It is first important to note that we deal with customized medication that is by law nonrefundable and we never advertise or promote reimbursement or refunds. We do state if the tailor-made test does not work on the first visit, the patient will not be charged for the office visit. This message has been constant since the day we opened. This patient did in fact receive a great response from the medication in the clinic and elected to purchase a treatment plan. Upon purchasing this treatment plan, he signed and acknowledged in numerous places that all sales are final and non refundable. The patient carried home test does medication to insure that his dosage was correct. From our medical notes, the patient called and informed the clinic that the take home doses gave him a great erection, but he would like the time reduced. We prepared additional doses for the patient to take home and test to see if the time was to his liking. Patient called a few weeks later and said the meds did not work and we said we would retest him in office if needed to make sure his dose was perfect for him. Patient did not show up for his retest and called and said he wanted a refund and refused to come in. We have a contract with this patient and are doing everything we can to make sure his issues with ED are resolved perfectly, which we are confident that his does is perfect for him. We can not and do not give refunds because someone decides they do not want to continue treatment. We are waiting on this patient to call us so we can continue treatment.

We have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue with the patient before he contacted you all but were unsuccessful. We have come to a fair and mutual agreement and the patient has received a partial refund to his satisfaction as requested. We are disappointed he would not let us continue to try...

and help him.

 I did not stay because of what the business said that I wanted to see how long the treatment worked I stay because of the reaction I had towards the injection my blood pressure was out of range and they gave me 4 pills to get it back to a safe level in order to let me leave 2 pills and wait a half an hour then again 2 pills and wait another hour before my blood pressure was OK, this was alarming to me and I fill that under distress they had me sign the papers for a 3month treatment in which I was only there one time something should be refunded. They offered me a substitute pills and testorine shot in which I refused to be a part of .This is the truth behind the close doors.

We are discouraged to read this response as this patient presented his card for partial payment (downpayment for 1/2 of the total charge) for services at the time of his visit, and agreed to, and signed, a contract for for additional payments with this same card. We have the signed documentation by the patient and all records of this transaction. We urge the patient to come back to the clinic and continue his successful treatments.

We work hard to find treatment options that not only are in the best interest of the patient in regards to treatment but we also want to do our best to ensure the plan they select works best for their budget. We have been successful in helping over 5,000 men get the best treatment available for them...

while still maintaining inside their budget. Some of the prices this gentleman is using do not make sense to me, as they are not normal treatment plan prices. We have reached out to this patient and would like to still encourage him to come to the clinic to talk about his current plan as well as to get everything squared away and make him happy.

At the Louisville Mens Clinic, we have specialized treatment plans that require custom formulations of medications for specific patients. Therefore, once medications have been ordered they cannot be returned. Due to the nature of this medication we require patients to sign a contract indicating all sales are final.  However, we do understand and empathize with our patients. While there seems to be some misunderstanding, we did speak with Mr. [redacted] on 7/25/16 and informed him that his blookwork was ready.  He informed us that he wanted a treatment option that would "justify his purchase" and we presented him alternative therapies or treatment options for him to utilize.  He declined them at the time but we would still like to honor these options and have Mr. [redacted] return to the clinic and continue his treatment.

We have addressed the issues with this complaint. 
The medicine works for this patient and it is not an exact science that the perfect dosage can be found for a patient in only one or two trial doses.  We have shown we can fix this patients issue and he only needs to return to the clinic so our Doctor can determine the perfect dosage for him.

Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted]'s experience at the clinic in 2015 was with prior ownership. And while we understand his concern, we have specialized treatment plans that require custom formulations of medications and once medications have been ordered they cannot be returned. Due to the nature of this medication we require patients to sign a contract indicating all sales are final. We strive to satisfy all of our patients, regardless of their time of service.  Therefore, we would love to have Mr. [redacted] return to the clinic and offer him the option to utilize any of our services to rectify his issue in the past.

[redacted], the business NEVER let me know bloodwork was ready, very unprofessional and intimidating during my visit, why would I return to a business like that, Maybe with security I'd return. Their response was the standard, we are a great reputable business concerned about our patients, blah blah blah...return the money that was stolen from me and we'll call it even!

[redacted].....I have no intention of returning to this clinic for further intimidation...imagine how uncomfortable it would be for me....They don't even have to own up to lying and intimidating me , but just refund a portion of my payment...the part I'm complaining about doesn't make sense to them but it sure made sense to the "salesman"....The plan they sold me was regular 600.00 regular price but I was offered the 499.00 special as the least plan I could get out with...all other "plans" had a very reasonable pill price ,(yearly plan 3,500 dollars or so) but somehow the weekly special plan pill price jumped from 9.00 a pill, from the other plans, to a whopping 57 dollars a pill...I was not told this but realized when I first called the clinic the following Monday after my Friday appt that I had been taken...I also paid for complete blood work as part of the initial 99.00 office fee, but of course have not been contacted by this business of those results....if they were truly a professional and caring clinic interested in my well being, happiness and being "squared " away, they would honor my request and return 347.00 dollars....
