We feel we have done everything to correct our mistake with this customerWe immediately called the bank and faxed them a letter explaining what happenedI called and left messages with the contact person at the bank that Ms*** gave meI called our merchant vendor to see if they could help expedite the refundI was willing to refund the bank fees, however they were waived by the bankWe did all we could do to minimize the impact of our error
