I spoke with this customer who ordered this 8 months ago. The customer is pulling the foam apart because the way they...
are handling it. She should of realized at the time it was not good to pull on the foam pillow. But, she continued to pull it apart now she wants a need one. There were absolutely no direction on how to use this product!
There should have been som direction on how to pull it up. Plus, the cover we purchased should have protected it. I am not pulling from that area anymore and it is still falling apart!
