Very bad customer service and product.
Received the bed Jan 8th. When I got it it was damaged and missing parts. Called that night and they said it would be 2 weeks to get replacement stuff. It is now March 19th and still nothing. They won't return my emails and today when I finally get a hold of them they are trying to tell me I have to pay $450 to send it back.
I want them to pay for the shipping back to their warehouse and get them to pay back the loan company the money I had to use to purchase the bed.
I ordered a product on 12/31/2019 with Lounge Lunar. I had purchased their bed with the mattress for $***. I ordered the 5-7 express shipping (and even expected a slight delay because of the holidays). Now it is almost 2 months later and I paid for a product that never arrived and have not gotten notified that it shipped. I called the company 3 separate times with no response and then they reached out via email stating it would be shipped in 48 hours......... well that was 3 weeks ago!
