To be done and over with this incompetent practice - the office administration is beyond incompetent. all issues, from scheduling appointments, returning calls, creating incorrect names and addresses -how I have no idea how mistakes can be so continuous and constant -came to the conclusion that its negligence, laziness and lack of moral.
I schedule an appointment for a General Checkup. They decided based on conversations during the checkup, to bill me for something else. Due to this billing change, my bill went from Free (covered by insurance) to ~120 dollars out of pocket on top of insurance. They did nothing outside of the nature of a general checkup, in fact, they even put half effort in the general checkup.
I called their billing department, they said that I came in for reasons other than the reasons I scheduled an appointment. This slanderous response unjustly costs me excess money.
This is the same business that reads your personal information back to you out loud in a crowd full of people waiting to be seen, even though you ask them not to. Name, Address, SSN, Date of Birth, Insurance card #. They present a huge security risk.
