Lou's Auto Repair

Review: Lou has had our Jeep Wrangler now for three months. We have gone to Lou several times before this and never had an issue. Lou has maybe communicated with us twice within this three month time span. We've been the ones calling and asking what is going on, if they know the issue, and how much longer and we have been given excuses every time. We have also been "promised" every time we call that we will have it within the next day or two or before the weekend and it never happened and was not called to tell us otherwise. We have had to threaten now several times that we are picking it up regardless of it being finished or not and take it to another shop.Desired Settlement: We would like a sincere apology and a significant bill adjustment. Also explanation to why they couldn't communicate better.
