I am rejecting this response because:I didn't realize I had to comment on why I don't agree with the business. I don't want the case closed. I don't agree because the dress was not tight on me when I took my [redacted] dress to Lou's Cleaners. When I put the dress on to wear after getting it dry cleaned, it now hugs me like a bikini. Im asking to be reimbursed $79.

In the Dry Cleaning process, color faded is possible, but fabric shrinkage is impossible. The fitness of clothes is a very private feeling that can be changed depends on the change of mood, feeling, atmosphere etc.
