Since speaking to and being told that lous was not going to stand by their work and charge me for more repairs to be done, I had brought my car to another shop that was succefully able to identify and resolve the problem. It would not make sense to bring my car to lous to have them look at a problem that somebody else fixed when they were not able to and charged me for anyways.

[redacted] (manager of Quincy location) had spoken with the customer prior to the complaint being filed. He had told him to swing by at his convenience for us to take a look at the exhaust to see what the issue was. Before the conversation ended we were under the understanding that he going to bring...
the car by, so we are a little unsure of what the issue was. Two months have gone by since the repairs were made two of which were actual exhaust leaks besides the converter itself, sometimes a leak can cause the for mentioned check engine light, that's why we wanted to take a look to double check our work. We are still more than willing to take a look, as all of our exhaust work comes with a two year warranty besides catalytic converters being a passive part, However the installation itself is covered!
I never spoke to [redacted] personally over the phone. Initially his cousin called and he thought he had call the [redacted] (No Affiliation) He told me what he was quoted there for a single cat/back system. I said that was pretty high in price for a single and asked him if he was...
sure it was single and not double. I told him to bring the vehicle in so I could look at it. Then [redacted]'s cousin calls back and asks if they could do a single muffler with a pipe branching out to the other exhaust cut-out. I told him that would be very difficult to and gave him some different options. I broke down the price of each individual part over the phone and again when [redacted] arrived and before any work was started. I helped him pick out tips and went through his options to find a muffler to suite his desired sound. The only time the price went up was when I saw the resonator he wanted to delete had two inputs and two outputs. I explained to him that it would take some more material to complete the deletion of his resonator and he was fine with that decision. Before he left he paid with cash and shook my hand.
